Set within a stunning Grade II listed farmstead, just 50 metres from the edge of the North York Moors National Park & with easy access of coastal walks, beaches & market towns including Whitby, Pickering, Filey, Cayton & Malton. Stylishly & comfortably furnished, the ground floor is roomy & open plan with a wood burner & under floor heating. The mezzanine bedroom has a super comfortable King size bed & bath.

Relax from the moment you arrive at 'Woodpeckers Cottage-Silpho' with homemade Lemon Cake & a cup of Yorkshire Tea. Watch the sunrise over the sea and enjoy time with your dog in the fully fenced field, for exclusive use during your stay. Take footpaths through field & forest to valleys with streams & hilltops with views. Take the short drive to dog friendly beaches with salty air. Before bed watch the moon & stars in this Dark Sky Reserve. If your dog could choose, we think they'd stay here :)

Call at the village shop for supplies as you return to The Cabin. At the end of the day relax in the quirky candlelit outdoor bath whilst watching the stars in the Dark Sky Reserve.

Crumbleclive is a beautifully restored 100 year old cabin set within the dramatic backdrop of Crunkly Ghyll. It was originally the ‘Gun Room’ for the local estate in the 1890s! The Cabin has a balcony overlooking the gorge with the River Esk rapids visible at the bottom. Surrounded by Oak trees you will feel amongst the treetops as birds gather on the branches around you and fly through the gorge below.
