Great apartment and very recommended! A bit pricey but not necessarily compared to other Genoese accommodations and it is Beautiful, spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and Silvia herself is simply adorable. The only thing to keep in mind is it’s in a bustling part of town so might not be an entirely quiet arrival - but the apartment itself is peaceful.

Very nice and cozy place, nicer than in the photo, very clean and fragrant. Great location, 10 minutes walk from the sea, passing through the characteristic center of the town of Noli. You park your car and then walk around. Needless to say, the huge added value of the parking spot. Stefano was very nice and approachable. We'd love to come back!

Very nice apartment. Very clean and well maintained. Nice view. And beautiful location if you want to be in the village. Very friendly and welcoming host. In fact, everything was good Noted the access that is via stairs a little difficult if you are loaded. But it's a detail in this kind of place that's a medieval village anyway.

That was amazing stay in Menton! The location is top of the top, just in the center of Menton. I can say that it’s even better than on the pictures. Very beautiful, confortable, clean. 2 min walk from the beach. Just amazing

The host's care was always courteous, very attentive and helpful. The house is located in the middle of the vineyards and the views are breathtaking. The practical furnishings and cleanliness make you immediately feel comfortable and at home. The many tips for restaurants and excursions are very valuable and can be followed without hesitation. We will be back!

Kurt’s place is amazing, filled with character and unique details, we enjoyed every moment! It felt like we were living in a castle 😄 The town of Denice is very quiet and cozy. Highly recommend not to be afraid to talk to neighbors (we did it via google translate) and learn more about the town history. Take Kurt’s directions about how to get to the house, because some of the roads that google maps are suggesting can be gorgeous but very narrow. We recommend to also explore surrounding villages! The only thing to consider if you’re a light sleeper - there is a bell tower that rings during the day and night. It’s a common thing in small Italian villages, when you get used to it you rarely notice it. Kitchen is a bit small but we managed to fit and make food for 9 people. The pool is perfect, we spent most of our time there. It’s clean, big and the view from it is fantastic! Kurt was responsive, gave us great recommendations and asked if everything was okay for us during our stay ❤️

Cascina Distrutta is a really charming accommodation, well furnished and complete with everything. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, large bathrooms with recent sanitary ware, fireplaces that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere to the point of forgetting the TV. Marta has always responded quickly and has always been available for any need. For complete information, I leave some additional information that I had initially misunderstood for the benefit of those who will come to stay in the near future: the quadruple in the attic and a double room have the independent bathroom, the other two double rooms have the shared bathroom connected by an antechamber with communicating doors. The sauna (when I am writing this text) costs 30 euros per day and needs the opening and early ignition by the neighbor. A wood box for the fireplace always available from the neighbor costs 10 euros, the soap present in the bathrooms is only the washing machine without shampoo/shower

Wonderful home and environment. Great for relaxing and spending some time together with friends and family. The property is near Alba, Barbaresco and not far from Barolo. In just over an hour you can reach Turin. If I have the chance, I'll definitely be back. I recommend it.

Our stay went perfectly well. Elisabetta gave us great tips for visits, Sandra was incredibly kind and considerate (by booking restaurants for us for example). The garden of the house is sublime at night, enhanced by very well thought-out lighting. We highly recommend this place and the people who run it! The apartment is in the open countryside in a hilly environment. The house is new or recently renovated, very clean and well maintained. The furniture is tastefully chosen and of excellent quality. Very nice solid wood furniture in the living area. All rooms are very spacious. Bathroom and kitchen are well stocked. Ivan is very kind and welcoming. He is also available to provide advice about the area and to clarify any questions. The experience was very positive.

It's a nice place on a busy coast but here really quiet. A bit of a walk to the beach. Back uphill. Parking is a bit difficult by car, but that gets used to. Very helpful host. Also the mother of the host is very helpful. They'll be here to help. Received fresh eggs from their hens daily. They provide quick answers to questions and give good tips about the area, travel to Genoa etc. Beautiful house, spacious and nice terrace. Peace and view of the green surroundings. Cervo is a beautiful place. I would go there again in a minute. Only point of criticism: the coastal region is very busy and cozy, but really a problem to park your car somewhere. So we mainly stayed in the immediate area of the town. Within walking distance. Tip: rent scooter And choose public transport ( to Genoa)

Gabriele is a very nice and nice person. He showed us the places to visit in the city and the place with the best focaccia in all of Genoa. The apartment is very central and reflects what is in the listing. Everything is very tidy and clean 😁

We loved our stay at Adriana's place in Menton. The apartment is modern, clean, secure and it had amazing water views and access. The kitchen is well equipped with coffee, appliances, and a washing machine. The bed was comfortable and the linens clean and soft. We were greeted and checked out personally, which created a personal connection with the hostess. She toured us around the property, the secure garage where we parked our rental car, and made suggestions for dinners out and things to do. The apartment is located directly at the water's edge, giving you quick access to the beach and beautiful promenade. It's also located above France's #1 bakery, which was an amazing and unexpected perk. My husband and I had an amazing time in Menton, and we will be staying at Adriana's place again. She was so lovely and has been a huge help in recommending places to visit, wineries, art experiences during our time on the Riviera.

We had a wonderful stay in Sanremo, the flat was very clean and welcoming, better than we expected. There is everything you can need during your stay. We enjoyed staying here and we would definitely recommend it to others. It is a close walk to the center of Sanremo or with the bikes Filippo offers. The pool was not yet open at this time of the year, but this was not an issue for us, we knew it upfront. We would definitely choose Filippos flat once again if we come back to Sanremo. Great apartment. Right in the heart of the old town. Many restaurants were nearby. The area is a bit of a maze and I found it a bit confusing but the hosts instructions were very clear and easy to follow. It was a great place to get the feel of the culture of the city.
