You will have a small covered terrace on the ground floor, a living room (child's bed possible) with kitchenette (washing machine/dishwasher), a separate bedroom with 160 x 200 bed and walk-in shower area Numerous activities nearby: hiking from the village, paragliding, cycling, swimming and water activities on Lake Annecy 5 km away...

Quiet location with many hiking trails and other sports activities (mountain biking, paragliding, climbing, canyoning, caving, skiing...) Free access to private hot tub. Heated all year round to 37°. Wood stove with logs available. 10 min drive to the small family resort of Col de Marcieu. 40 minutes from 7 Laux.

Small independent 28 m2 cottage with kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, electric stove and washing machine) Bathroom with (shower, toilet, vanity unit and towel dryer) Sofa, TV, beds, wardrobe.
