We recommend this listing, everything was perfect, visit of small non-ferocious birds in front of the bay window. Very quiet after a busy day.

Excellent stay for two of 3 nights with Clara and Xavier who were able to welcome us with great kindness in this new rental arranged on the ground floor of their home. Both responsive and very respectful of our privacy, they allowed us to fully enjoy our stay. The rental is a newly renovated accommodation that already offers a lot of comfort, the garden furniture gives the opportunity to have a good time in front of a pretty mountain landscape, often in the company of their very affectionate dog Luna.

Very good stay, beautiful studio with very large pleasant terrace. Popular neighborhood but so quiet with everything nearby. Excellent.

A beautiful two bedroom apartment in a historical Villa surrounded by a French style garden which we absolutely loved! We were welcomed by Damien and felt right at home in the flat. We loved big windows, lots of light, and attention to detail that Damien demonstrated by decorating a Christmas tree for us and preparing a welcome gift - some candies. The bathroom in the main bedroom is spacious and beautifully designed. We especially loved the combination of traditional elements and modernity, such as electric stove that looked like a traditional 19th century one. A fireplace is another great feature. It makes you feel like being in a French chateau. All in all, a great stay in a great place with kind and welcoming host. We can highly recommend the flat and Damien!

I am very satisfied, I had a nice stay at Elora's place. A few noises at night, you can hear people passing through the street. But largely bearable for a short stay. Very clean and modern. Thank you for hosting us!

Gorgeous apartment. Looks just as it does in the pictures and everything feels brand new and so so high end! Lovely location out of the old town but with a great walk down the river.

Words can’t even begin to describe how pleased my group and I were with this place. The chalet was absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and even better than we imagined. With a group of 8, it was the perfect fit for our trip to Chamonix Mont Blanc. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and the views were breathtaking. Norbert was an outstanding host—super responsive, accommodating, and made our stay seamless from start to finish. He even went above and beyond to accommodate our private chef, who arrived early on the first day to prepare a welcome dinner before we got there. That level of service truly set the tone for an incredible stay. Also, just a heads up: the pictures truly don’t do this place justice. It’s even more beautiful in person. I highly, highly recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip to the area. We’re already talking about coming back!

Our stay was brief but we were able to appreciate Liloo's warm welcome as well as his attention paid to our arrival. Host attentive to our wishes. The accommodation is nice and was ideally located for what we had to do. We would recommend this listing!

We had a pleasant family stay at Cristina and Alain's, the cottage is very comfortable and very clean. The view is beautiful and we enjoyed being able to eat outside when the weather allowed. Communication with Cristina is very pleasant, she is very responsive and we enjoyed the little touches upon arrival!

Excellent experience. Jean-Pierre is a very welcoming host, the accommodation is even better than in the photos. It is very well equipped, clean, and the jacuzzi / hammam part is beautiful. The setting is beautiful too. Definitely recommend

Total change of scenery bucolic environment, house totally in its juice year 60 except the modern kitchen and very well equipped the big plus is the huge terrace, the jacuzzi with a magnificent view, the large hammock. Nearby shop on foot, starting point for a walk among other things the springs of the groin. Very family house comfortable bedding, bathroom in their juice too but there are two. House that suited us well for us and our two grown children aged 32 and 26

Great place to stay for Ski and Mountain lovers. The apartment is very functional and with games and toys for kids. Our family loved to stay there and we will come back for sure!

We had a lovely stay at Rachel's place at the end of Feb. The views from the balcony were stunning. The apartment was very well equipped and spacious with a brand new bathroom. We felt right at home. It was very easy to walk into the center of St Gervais. Access to the gondola was very close. If you're skiing leaving your gear at le Bettex in a locker is ideal that way you can take the gondola and go straight into town for après and ski! / Dinner! Rachel was a great host she will respond immediately if you have any questions. St Gervais is a beautiful town full of authenticiy and the local people are very friendly. We would recommend La Galetta, (creperie .........) and the 2 bars (la Montagne and le nordique) We will definitely be back. Thankyou Rachel

A lovely place in Chamonix - perfect for a small group or family. The views are amazing, you have parking, and the bus and grocery store are right up the hill. Hopefully we will be back!

We had a pleasant stay at Fabienne's. Everything is as described. The apartment is very well appointed and functional. The location is perfect for skiers (ski-in/ski-out) and the village (Belle Plagne) is very pleasant. The resort is really large and many activities are available. The small plus of this rental is the spa, pool area. Ideal for relaxing after a sporting day or not😉. Fabienne is also responsive and pleasant in terms of communication. In short, a good holiday.

We are delighted with our stay, we feel extremely good in this house where nothing is missing, the cleanliness is perfect, the quality amenities are nothing to complain about and the location is incredible. Our stay at Kirsteen’s place was great. The apartment was perfectly equipped, clean and in a great location. Kirsteen was an excellent host.

The apartment is spacious and of high standard build with quality materials. The layout is functional with the large living room with both dining and lounge area. The kitchen was well-appointed, and had everything we needed. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Beds were comfortable and there was sufficient space for luggage and clothes in all bedrooms. We were a group of six, and enjoyed our stay very much. We especially appreciated that the apartment was quiet at night-time even though it is right in the center of Chamonix. The location is fantastic with everything just outside the door, and very short walking distance to the ski bus. Erik was friendly and responsive in connection with booking the apartment, and property manager Tim was great by always responding quickly to our questions and requests. We strongly recommend the apartment as a real gem for a luxury stay in Chamonix.
