In a sunny position all year round, it is ideal for admiring the Alps and enjoying absolute tranquility and privacy. Are you ready to stop and listen to the silence and the chorus of nature?

Cozy and central apartment (taxes + laundry included)

Our cozy and fully equipped 4.5-room apartment with 82 m² in the chalet apartment building is located in a central and sunny location above the Volg with a magnificent 180° mountain panorama. The apartment is ideal for 1 or 2 families up to a total of 6 people plus 2 babies/toddlers. The ski bus stops every 30 minutes in the immediate vicinity (250 m) and takes you comfortably to the valley station. Underground parking, outdoor parking, dishwasher and fireplace are included.

Small but nice, great view

Modern, super nice and practically furnished. From 2 (1 double bed) to 6 people (2x sofa beds - 1 in a mini room and 1 in the living room) we use this vacation apartment as a family of 4 with young children at the time. In the meantime, we have adapted the sleeping arrangements to young adults or adults. The dining table is also extendable. The bathroom is equipped with a rain shower and a washing tower. A modern kitchen and a garage space are included.

The House in the Forest of Valchiavenna

Our house in the woods is a typical masonry building that was renovated in spring 2019. An oasis of peace and quiet surrounded by nature, ideal for families or couples seeking relaxation and romantic intimacy. View of the Valchiavenna mountains, with large lawns for garden use. There is a cycle path a few metres away, and there are numerous excursion options. It is 10 minutes from Chiavenna and 30 minutes from Lake Como and the Valchiavenna Ski Area.

A weekend high above the valley

Sit back and relax – in this quiet, stylish accommodation you can enjoy unique moments with a beautiful panorama. The newly renovated house offers an alpine, warm feel-good ambience with all the advantages. Start your hike or bike tour right at your doorstep or let the mountain railway take you up comfortably. Barbecue on the terrace in the evening and enjoy the sunset up close or cool off in the beautiful swimming lake. What could be nicer!

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Spacious, family-friendly house (200 m²) on the Walenstadtberg with a fantastic view of the Swiss mountains and the valley. The entire house is exclusively available to our guests. Eight individually designed bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen with a dining area, a cosy lounge, a terrace, a private gym and a sauna ensure a relaxing stay. Ideal for families, groups and friends. Booking for at least three paying persons.

The trailer with extension is located at the Julia campsite in Savognin, directly on the Julia River, whose gentle noise helps when slowing down. Mountain railways, playground and the village square are within walking distance. In summer you can enjoy the nearby swimming lake. There is a pump track, miniature golf, beach volleyball courts and a nearby kiosk. This guarantees a vacation without stress and a car.

Vacation home for athletes, families and connoisseurs

The 3.5-room apartment is located on the sunny slope of Savognin, close to the forest. There are 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. Both are equipped with wardrobes. The open-plan, contemporary living room leads directly into the well-equipped kitchen. The large bathroom has a bathtub and a double washbasin. Underground parking, Wi-Fi, TV, laundry room/dryer, sports bus in winter (5 min)
