This Newly renovated cottage is situated in the beautiful Mountains over looking the Walensee, with spectacular views of the Churfirsten. Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. We have a no pet policy

Our homely and fully equipped 4.5 room apartment with 82m2 in the Chalet apartment building is located in a central and sunny location above the Volgs with a magnificent 180° mountain panorama. The apartment is ideal for 1 or 2 families suitable up to a total of 6 people plus 2 babies/toddlers. The ski bus stops every 30 minutes in the immediate vicinity (250M) and takes you comfortably to the valley station. Underground parking, outdoor parking, dishwasher and fireplace are included.

Perfect for active nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet who want to discover this authentic region, but also appreciate the proximity to major tourist centers.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This small apartment in the heart of Savognin invites you to discover the Grisons mountains with the Ela Nature Park. Be it on foot, by bike or in winter with skis. In the middle of the village, facing the sun all day, close to public transport, mountain railways and swimming lake. Shopping/bakery and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Parking is a few minutes' walk away. Best for 1-2 persons.

Modern, super nice and practically furnished. From 2 (1 double bed) to 6 people (2x sofa beds - 1 in a mini room and 1 in the living room) we use this vacation apartment as a family of 4 with young children at the time. In the meantime, we have adapted the sleeping arrangements to young adults or adults. The dining table is also extendable. The bathroom is equipped with a rain shower and a washing tower. A modern kitchen and a garage space are included.

The 3.5-room apartment is located on the sunny slope of Savognin, close to the forest. There are 2 bedrooms: one with double bed and one with bunk bed, both are equipped with wardrobes. The open, contemporary living space adjoins the well-equipped kitchen. The large bathroom has a bathtub and a double vanity. Underground car park with two parking spaces, wifi, tv, laundry room/dryer, sports bus in winter (5 min)

Die grosszügige Wohnung mit Balkon befindet sich im dritten Stock des B&B's und ist für bis zu 3 Personen. Die fantastische Dachterrasse mit Bergblick vermittelt Ferienfeeling pur. Direkt vor Ort ist auch ein hausgemachtes Frühstück buchbar (falls B&B offen). Bei Buchungen für 4-5 Personen kann nebenan ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit KingSize Bett dazugemietet werden (separates Inserat).
