Wir freuen uns, Euch in unserem weitläufig hellen und sehr gemütlichen Sehnsuchtsort empfangen zu dürfen. Wir – 3 Generationen mit den unterschiedlichsten Wünschen – genießen die tolle Zeit dort zu jeder Stunde. Wir hoffen, Ihr tut das auch!

Our homely and fully equipped 4.5 room apartment with 82m2 in the Chalet apartment building is located in a central and sunny location above the Volgs with a magnificent 180° mountain panorama. The apartment is ideal for 1 or 2 families suitable up to a total of 6 people plus 2 babies/toddlers. The ski bus stops every 30 minutes in the immediate vicinity (250M) and takes you comfortably to the valley station. Underground parking, outdoor parking, dishwasher and fireplace are included.

Be it on foot, by bike or in winter with skis. In the middle of the village, facing the sun all day, close to public transport, mountain railways and swimming lake. Shopping/bakery and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Parking is a few minutes' walk away. Best for 1-2 persons.

Small but nice, great view

Modern, super nice and practically furnished. From 2 (1 double bed) to 6 people (2x sofa beds - 1 in a mini room and 1 in the living room) we use this vacation apartment as a family of 4 with young children at the time. In the meantime, we have adapted the sleeping arrangements to young adults or adults. The dining table is also extendable. The bathroom is equipped with a rain shower and a washing tower. A modern kitchen and a garage space are included.

The guest room and bathroom as well as the living room (where there is a small fridge, a Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle) are located in the attic with beautiful views of Lake Walen and the Churfirsten. OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES Our cat also lives in the attic, which shares the bathroom and the living room. It has a parking in front of the house and a seating area with a fireplace. Perfectly located, especially if you are traveling with public transport. Right next to the small ski resort Pradaschier or next to the gondola that takes you to the Lenzerheide-Arose area. Stefan shared many explanations and videos for us camping enthusiasts that helped us find our way around and feel comfortable.

This was our second time staying in this wonderful cottage, and we absolutely loved coming back. The chalet is well-equipped, cozy, clean, and nicely decorated. The mountains just outside the door are breathtakingly beautiful and offer many opportunities for hiking.

We had a wonderful ski holiday in Jörg's apartment. The apartment is spacious and really with everything you need perfectly equipped (both in the kitchen and everywhere else!). After skiing, we could first let the evening sun shine in the face on the balcony and then let ourselves go well in the sauna, just brilliant. The ski bus stop is right outside the front door, and also by car it is only 4 minutes to the valley station of the gondola. Jörg always responded quickly and comprehensively, even with helpful tips. We will be super happy to come back!
