Ideal for up to two adults and two children. Patio with morning sun. Parking available. The hosts live in the dwelling house on the property and are often available for questions. 5 minutes walk to grocery store and 20 minutes to shopping center Allum. 100 MB WiFi. Here you can really mess about yourself, but if you are missing anything, there is help close by.

Nice apartment with its own entrance in a villa. Modern kitchen, bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Just outside the door is a small patio with nice views of the valley down towards Sävedalen. Private guest wifi is included as well as a TV and a sound system from Sonos. A walk of about 5-10 minutes takes you down to Sävedalen shopping street with various shops and several restaurants. At about the same time, you can reach the bus stop for further travel towards Gothenburg. A taxi to central Gothenburg costs about 150-300 SEK

Super cozy Attefall's house!

Casa Oliva - the nicest we have built! The house is centrally located in Mölndal, in a quiet residential area, close to Gothenburg. Our new Attefall house of 30 m2 called Casa Oliva, is a very homely little house built in 2021 and is in super nice condition. Suitable for those who travel alone, or those who visit Gothenburg on a couple's weekend or longer holiday, or the smaller family (2 adults, 2 children). Welcome to Sävedalen! Close to nature, located just outside Gothenburg where you can use the good bus connections to visit the city. Bus stop is about 7-8 min walk. Härlanda tjärn is the closest if you want to swim or take a forest walk. The home is an entire floor of a house and has its own private entrance. One bedroom with 120 cm bed, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom (WC + shower), and large living room. In the kitchen, there is also a sofa bed if you need it. Wifi is included.

Just 20 km into Gothenburg, 4 km to Göteborg Landvetter AirPort, 1 km to Chalmers Golf Club and 4 meters to refreshing swim in Hornasjön you will find our small house (25m2),located on the same plot as our accommodation, with a bedroom with a 140cm wide bed + a 140cm wide sofa bed in the room, crib can also be arranged if needed. Calm living in Göteborg

The basement apartment, for you to rent, is a part of our house. It is close(200 m) to a bus stop and the city centre is 15 minutes away(by bus). Our house is close(800 m) to Kviberg multisport center. You can go skiing in the middle of summer in Skidome at the "Prioritet Serneke Arena". We offer a calm living in a Villa area. My family consists of me and my wife and our two cildren. Noise from children is OK for us around the clock, but it is no good for party life.- Welcome!

Private house in lush villa garden in nice Sävedalen , just east of Gothenburg. In 10-15 minutes by bus you are inside central Gothenburg at the same time as it is about 1 km to Skatås/Delsjöns recreation area with running tracks and swimming lakes.
