THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Breakfast includes fresh eggs from our own chickens – which also ensures that no one oversleeps in the morning. Gästhus utanför Göteborg

Vårt gästhus ligger lantligt och här är otroligt fridfullt och lugnt med ängar och skog runt omkring. Trots att vi bor på landet är det endast 15 minuter med bil till Göteborg och 5 minuter till Kungälv och Kongahälla Center. Gästhuset är 25 m2. Det finns två enkelsängar samt ett sovloft med två sovplatser. Det finns toalett samt dusch. Kök med spisplattor, kyl, frys, kaffebryggare samt tekokare. Det finns egen uteplats med stolar och bord. Hundar är varmt välkomna. Städning ingår ej.

Strax utanför central Göteborg, i Torslanda finns denna ateljé våning omgjord till lägenhet på ca 70 kvm. Fri parkering vid huset. Granne med hästhagen. (allergiker bor på egen risk). Entre med liten altan. Luftig våning med högt i tak, ett sovrum med två sängar (flyttbara) samt bäddsoffor. Kök med kyl och frys, diskmaskin, micro. Nytt badrum med dusch och tvättmaskin. Extra resebarnsäng finnes -meddela! Närhet till busshållplats, 150 m/700m. Med bilfärd endast 15-20 min till central stan.

Området är lite alternativt i ett ”up and coming” industriområde med lokala bryggerier, konsthallar, gatukonst och stadsodlingar. Totalt 140kvm fördelat på 2 plan med 4 sovrum, 2 allrum, 2 badrum och stor öppen sällskapsyta med matplats för 8 personer. En uteplats med loungemöbler och grill. Huset är även privat bostad med personliga tillhörigheter

Sjöstugan

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!
