This 70 m² air-conditioned cottage consists of a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, etc. You will have a bathroom with bathtub as well as a separate toilet. This peaceful accommodation consists of a queen size bed and a sofa bed for one person (or 2 children), a bathroom, and a living room/kitchen area. Close to all amenities (bakery, butcher, supermarket, tobacco...) and 10 minutes from Montélimar. Please note: there is no air conditioning in hot weather.

The "Gîte Perché", in Drôme provençale

It was built in the renovated wing of a beautiful stone house located within the castle, at the top of the medieval village of Sauzet, in the Drôme Provençale. It is next to the ruins of the castle and a 12th century church, quiet and within walking distance of the village shops. The house has received the Heritage Foundation Label, recognizing the quality of the renovation.
