A ground floor reading corner, relaxing children's games and foosball. On the 1st floor, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room with TV. On the 2nd floor, there is a sleeping area with 2 bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom.

The studio is quiet in the pleasant village of Sauvian, between Valras and Béziers. Shops, markets and restaurants are 800 meters away on foot. In the summer, various festivities and concerts. There are two beaches, Valras and Sérignan, 10 minutes away by car and 20 minutes away by bike on the bike path. Béziers, Narbonne are pretty towns to visit as well as the Canal du Midi, bike rides and hikes nearby. We can accommodate a couple without children or with a baby up to 3 years old.

Charming renovated, quiet and very wooded villa.

This charming house is located on the edge of the village of Sérignan. The shops and market are just a 5-minute walk away. With a surface of 90 m², this house renovated in June 2019, includes a beautiful terrace of 35 m² and especially a splendid park with 1,800 m². You can have your breakfast or meals near the olive trees, the fig tree or under the tall pines. Quiet, close to the vineyards and 3 km from the beach, this villa is a haven of peace.
