Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu, at the foot of the Grünten. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)

The apartment is beautifully furnished, clean and tidy and above all well thought out in terms of amenities (which unfortunately is often not the case in holiday apartments). Parking directly at the house and the city centre is within walking distance. Friendly and helpful host. The only downside: the apartment is located in the basement of a wooden chalet near a body of water and there was a slight smell of a damp cellar (see Ingrid's review in May 2022). And the terrace is really not for tall people. If you pay attention to that, everything is great and you can rent the apartment with a good feeling.

The location of the house is sensational - surrounded by forest, meadows and hills - the sound of the stream - the breathing of silence. The house has a wonderful living atmosphere with the natural materials. The luxury for us was the underground parking. The journey in the deep snow was adventurous, even without 4x4 feasible:). We will be happy to come back any time.

We had a great stay! The apartment was clean, cozy and very well equipped. We were traveling with two small children, which is easily possible in the apartment. Communication with Marika was straightforward and friendly, check-in went smoothly. Since the apartment is located on a busier street, it can unfortunately be a bit louder depending on the time of day. Otherwise, everything was great and we would love to come back! Overall a clear recommendation.
