Our barn apartment with great beds from great-grandmother's time is equipped with a cozy sitting area, 2 TVs and Wi-Fi. In the bedroom, 3 people can stay overnight, plus 4 guests in the living room. (Double bed 2 × 2 m and pull-out sofa 120 × 200). The kitchen invites you to cook. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. The apartment has its own entrance. You will stay alone very quietly in the barn directly by the garden. Our wallbox in the yard ensures the greatest refueling comfort of the electric car.

A 20-minute walk and you are in the old imperial city of Oppenheim, which is worth seeing. By train you can get to Mainz in 20 minutes. You'll love the place because of the cozy atmosphere, the comfortable four-poster bed, the fully equipped kitchen and the large bathroom. The apartment consists of a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with dining area, a bedroom and a daylight bathroom. Smoking is possible in partially covered outdoor area. In the courtyard there is a seating area for cozy evenings available. The nearest city Mainz is only 10 km away and easily accessible with the city bus connection.

Fifteen steps to happiness ! Our lovingly furnished bright apartment, is about 40 square meters in size, has its own entrance and is located in the heart of Rheinhessen between Mainz and Alzey (each 15 min). Equipped with a new kitchen a bedroom with cozy 1.60 double bed and a TV. A bright daylight bathroom with shower and toilet. Shower gel, towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are available free of charge.

In the middle of Rheinhessen you will find our charming guest room (double or single room) with couch, armchair, large wardrobe. The adjoining hallway can also be used as a workplace. In the well-equipped kitchen, there is a fridge, coffee maker, hot water heater, dishwasher, stove, microwave and plenty of dishes. The daylight bathroom can be reached from your room, use only for you. Linens and towels are provided.
