I have here an apartment with about 80 sqm. Kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor. The other rooms on the 1st floor. Next to the entrance there is a terrace available for your own use. Parking on a closed area would also be available. The accommodation is centrally located between the Baltic Sea resorts of Kühlungsborn, Rerik, Heiligendamm and Warnemünde. All destinations can be reached in about 30 minutes. We also have a swimming lake in our village. Shopping facilities are on site.

Surrounded by nature, away from the big tourist areas and yet only 10 km from the Baltic Sea and 15 km from the Hanseatic city of Wismar. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be. From the bedroom you have beautiful views of the estate park. The property was completed in early June 2024 and is the ideal base for cycling tours

The guesthouse with the holiday lofts "Ostera" and "Westera" is located on the rural estate Sonnenhügel. In the former stable building, historical elements with contemporary design have been combined in a special way. Ostera shows the love for clear but warm simplicity, combined with a certain view of special details. We wanted to create a place where you can find balance and harmony everywhere. The crackling fireplace in the sleeping area creates special moments of togetherness.

Our apartment is located in our own house on the ground floor and in a quiet location on the outskirts of the city of Bad Doberan. At 42 m², our apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. "Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. Nice apartment, idyllic in a quiet location

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. In the morning, at breakfast on the terrace, you can watch the sheep and hear the birds chirping. In the evening you can sit comfortably by the fireplace or watch the fire crackle in the fireplace. It is 18 kilometers to the beach in Warnemünde. The city center of Rostock is 11 kilometers away.
