The toilet has large support handles and an emergency call line, where in an emergency you can acoustically and visually draw the attention of the accompanying person in the living room. The kitchen and living room are in one large room. Here, too, there is high-speed Internet and Netflix on the TV. If you arrive with an electric car, you can charge it on our property at a wallbox.

On a quiet village road at the exit of Berne (approx. 7,000 inhabitants), our vacation home is surrounded by meadows, a small forest and connection to the river "Ollen." The house is absolutely quiet and offers the perfect place to relax. Our small forest and meadow offer many opportunities for children and adults to play. It is only 3 kilometers to Weserstrand. My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.
