Appartement de Grutto is beautifully situated in the countryside, with a panoramic view over the polders of the beautiful village of Warmond. It is conveniently located in the centre of the Bollenstreek, where you can enjoy the beautiful flower bulb fields in spring. In summer, it is pleasant to spend time on the Kagerplassen. In autumn, you can get some fresh air in the dunes, forest or on the beach. From the peace and quiet and the greenery, you can easily reach the cities of Leiden, The Hague, Haarlem and Amsterdam. Sassenheim train station is an 8-minute walk away.

Welcome to the guesthouse in our backyard. Our accommodation is centrally located in relation to both Noordwijk beach (8 km) and the bulb fields (2 km). With the train station within walking distance, you can also be in Leiden in 5 minutes, in Haarlem in 15 minutes and in The Hague in 25 minutes. The room is tastefully decorated, entirely in harmony with the beautifully landscaped garden that you can see from your bed. You have a private entrance and also a part of our garden exclusively for you as a guest.

Close to the main cities and the Kaag lakes: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Delft, Zandvoort, Keukenhof 30, Schiphol-airport 15, Leiden 10 mins by car. During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Not suitable for non-swimmers.

It has everything you need for a wonderful few days by the sea: the beach is a 5-minute walk away (really!), a private free parking space, a full kitchen, a lovely double bed and an outdoor patio. For the tropical days, there is a mobile air conditioner available in the bedroom. The cottage has a real beach vibe, and we love it when you are our guest! Be welcome!

De Blauwe Tulp is a distinctive bulb growers' house dating from 1906. In this special place, you can enjoy peace and quiet, open spaces and an authentic atmosphere. At the same time, it is the perfect base for wonderful cycling and walking routes along tulip fields, dunes and the beach. What's more, with the train station just a ten-minute walk away, you can be in Leiden, The Hague, Haarlem or Amsterdam in no time.

Located directly on the water, this resting place is an experience in the Randstad. The cottage is sustainably heated with heat recovery by a heat pump. Very rural but close to everything, as good as in the Kagerplassen. You can dock your boat with us. The apartment is fully equipped.
