This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

In two minutes you are in the romantic flower and wine village of Sasbachwalden. It is characterized by well-kept half-timbered houses, which are embedded in beautiful vineyard landscapes. Our guests are welcome to use our lawn with sun lounger. The municipality charges a tourist tax of €1.90-2.20 per person per night (to be paid on site). Free use of bus & train as well as free entrance to the beautiful outdoor pool are just a few advantages.

Our cozy 1-room apartment is the ideal starting point for hikes - both in the Black Forest, on the Hornisgrinde and through the vineyards. Several hiking trails pass directly by the house. The entrance to the Gaishöll Waterfalls is a 5-minute walk away. Several well-known restaurants are also within walking distance. The bus stop is minutes away. From there, there are free direct connections to Hornisgrinde, Mummelsee, Ruhestein and Achern.

Explore local hiking trails or discover the Black Forest and the nearby mountain bike trail by bike.
