On the ground floor, a 35 m² living room overlooks a 30 m² terrace and its south-facing garden (fully equipped kitchen, living area with wood stove, toilet). Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, a toilet and a dormitory attic.
