The ocean beaches are 4 km away. Whether you're a couple or have two children, this new single-storey property is sure to win you over. The outdoor area includes a west-facing terrace with garden furniture, all opening onto the owners’ landscaped garden. The swimming pool, heated from May to September, separates the two dwellings.

La plage se trouve à 350 mètres de la maison accessible à pied. Son jardin et sa piscine offrent de nombreuses possibilités pour vous détendre et vous amuser. Les premiers commerces se trouvent à 1km500 du logement A l’etage jolie petite vue mer. Le linge de lit et serviettes de toilettes est inclus.
