Место и дом оправдали все наши ожидания. Отличное расположение, как в сказке: на право пойдешь (10 мин) супермаркеты и кафе найдёшь, на лево пойдешь (10 мин) дикий и чистейший пляж найдёшь, с минимальным количеством людей, а если пройти чуть дальше, то и вообще их отсутствие. Сам дом очень чистый и обустроен всем необходимым, все соответствует фотографиям, нам даже предоставили пляжные зонты и кресла. Спасибо хозяину за прием, нам помогли организовать трансфер из аэропорта и обратно, по приезду любезно предоставили питьевую воду, печенье для ребёнка и даже пиво для взрослых, и еще много всего) Семья в восторге от отдыха! Безусловно будем рекомендовать своим друзьям и знакомым!

Elena and Christos were wonderful hosts. They were very responsive and always eager to help. We absolutely loved our stay at their place - and we will surely miss the wonderful private garden (which was incredibly well kept) and the pool. The house was well equipped and had everything we could need for our stay.

Nellis Airbnb was very accessible to all, nestled in a quiet area of Kriopigi. It was close to all with a quick drive. My family and I enjoyed our stay in Halkidiki. Nelli was a wonderful host who responded quickly to all inquiries.

Everything was perfect. Natasha was a great host, and so full of positive energy. It was so clean, this is a rare place where you can walk barefoot like you are at home. It was equipped with everything you need. Although she did not know English and I did not know Russian or Greek, we managed to communicate with translator and hand gestures :) I would recommend this place to everyone.

Na Saní sme boli 12 noci . Bola to jedna z našich najlepších pobytov .Dom bol síce ďalej od pláže , ale autom za pár minút sme boli pri mori . To ticho a pokoj čo tam bol sa nedá opísať . Hostiteľ bol veľmi ústretový , poskytol nám potrebné informácie ohľadom pobytu , zabezpečil nám vstup autom na parkovisko Saní rezortu . Dom bol čistý , vybavený všetkým čo ku svojmu pobytu potrebujete . Akurát druhá kúpeľňa bola na poschodí a dosť maličká . Okolie je nádherné, neskutočne krásne pláže , čistá priezračná voda . Za mňa vrelo odporúčam .

The house is beautiful and as described. It was very clean and had most everything you will need. It is a short walk to the beach and to many restaurants. It is also convenient for driving to other area beaches. The only recommendation we have is to include pool/beach towels. That would have been very helpful. Arabella responds very quickly to any questions or inquiries. Great house! Highly recommend and would rent here again.

Къщата е страхотна, особено барбекю зоната. Бяхме 6 възрастни, 3 деца и едно куче. Вътре беше чисто и подредено. Като недостатък мога кажа че едното легло в едната спалня което е твърде малко за двама души и би било възможно да се сложи по голямо такова. Също това че има една тоалетна и липсата на съдомиялна причинява неудобство. Домакинът беше много отзивчив и отговаряше бързо!

Ihana huoneisto lähellä merta. Huoneisto oli puhdas ja viihtyisä. Nautimme lomastamme jokaikinen päivä. Takapihallamme oli niin kaunis Välimeri. Vesi oli kristallinkirkasta. Lähellä huoneistoa oli kaupat, ravintolat ja kahvilat. Ihmiset olivat ystävällisiä. Tulemme tähän kohteeseen toistekkin.

Sehr schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation, wir wurden sogar von der Fähre abgeholt. Die Familie/ Vermieter wohnen im Erdgeschoss ( mit separatem Eingang) und sind bei allen Fragen ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir fanden die beiden große Terrassen toll. Sowohl der Strand Alikes als auch das Dorf sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

We had an amazing stay at Villa Anastasia in Vourvourou! The villa is spacious, perfect for two families, with a large garden where kids can play and adults can relax. The nearby beach is stunning, featuring both sandy areas and rocks that were perfect for jumping into the water. It's peaceful and feels almost private, just a short walk from the house. The house is clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing vacation. Dimitris and his family welcomed us warmly and were always available, ensuring our stay was flawless. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel right at home. We highly recommend Villa Anastasia for anyone looking for a serene and comfortable getaway by the sea. We hope to return soon to enjoy this wonderful place once again! Catherine is a very kind and helpful host!:) we loved to stay at her place. She gave us very good suggestions for places to visit and eat and was always worried about us having a good time in Chalkidiki. We went just 5 minutes to the beach, which was very calm and not overcrowded at all. We recommend staying at Catherines appartment! :)

Wir wurden ausgesprochen herzlich empfangen und haben uns auf anhieb zuhause gefühlt. Vielen Dank auch noch an Mama Elena für den leckeren Kuchen. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Hit ist aber der Ausblick vom Balkon/Terrasse. Wir haben den Fernseher nie benutzt, da uns der Ausblick so fasziniert hat. Auch die Lage der Wohnung ist toll, man kann innerhalb kurzer Zeit den Bäcker, den Dorfplatz und die lokalen Supermärkte erreichen. Es gab mal einen Werbespruch der besagte: "Mitten drin statt nur dabei." Das trifft es ziemlich gut. Mit dem Auto ist man auch schnell in Nikiti, die Lage des Ortes Agios Nikolaos ist günstig als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge auf die Ost- und Westseite von Sithonia, Kassandra, Athos und natürlich auch ins Hinterland von Chalkidikki. Es gab eine gute Parkmöglichkeit nahe der Wohnung. Es war rundum ein toller erholsamer Urlaub. Vielen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft.

Very private and enjoyable for the family vacation. Great beach, lots to do: water-sport, snorkeling, swimming. The house was clean and very comfortable, had even two air conditioning devices. The downstairs bedrooms are naturally cooler.

We had a really good week in the Apartment from Nikos and Eleni. We found everything as described with lots of space, a very well equipped kitchen (which we only needed to prepare breakfast as there are so many nice Restaurants in very close walking distance) and a wonderful sea view from living room window and balcony. Contact to the owners was very easy and direct. Eleni was even waiting in front of the Apartment to welcome us. We would ask Nikos and Eleni first if there is a open slot if our next holiday brings us to Afytos once again.

We stayed at Eleni’s place for 4 days. Eleni was a wonderful host, she welcomed us to the place and was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The place is right by the sea, private and very relaxing.

Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!! Η βίλα ήταν όπως τις φωτογραφίες,όλα ήταν πεντακάθαρα,η τοποθεσία ιδανική για ξεκούραση,η θάλασσα δίπλα με τα πόδια! Οι οικοδεσπότες παρά πολύ ευγενικοί και πρόθυμοι να μας βοηθήσουν σε ότι απορία είχαμε!! Είναι ιδανικο και για οικογένειες αλλά και για ζευγάρια!!

Ich war für eine Woche in Sykia und habe die Unterkunft sehr genossen! Sie liegt zentral in der kleinen Stadt Sykia unweit vom Meer und wundervoller Natur. Die kleine Wohnung war wie beschrieben und ausreichend groß. Nikos und seine Mutter sind sehr freundlich und alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Heerlijk vrijstaand huis met alles er op en er aan, in een heel rustige buurt. 10 minuten lopen van het strand. Echt een aanrader.

Dimitris' apartment is a plesant one and provided with all the essential things you need for a relaxing stay. Very appreciated the balcony shaded by a patio covered with a vine piant. Above all, the strong point of the apartment is Dimitris himself who is always, promptly and proactively, avalaible to support youself for any need you may have.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Tina’s beach house! The location couldn’t be better—just a short stroll to the beach and within easy walking distance to the vibrant village center, full of charming shops, restaurants, and cafés. The house itself was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, going out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. Our family had an amazing time here, and we truly felt at home. We’re already looking forward to coming back! Highly recommended.

Kosta is ana amazing host and if you like to have an amazing beachfront experience then this is the spot. The host provided beach towels an chairs for us to use. You will experience the most Unforgettable sunset at night on the porch of that house. Loved the vintage charm of this house an Kosta has done an incredible job preserving its character while offering modern conveniences. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Chalkidiki! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders die Terrasse mit dem Blick aufs Meer war ein Traum und ein echtes Highlight unseres Aufenthalts. Die Lage ist ruhig und ideal zum Entspannen, aber dennoch perfekt, um die schönsten Strände und Orte in der Umgebung zu erreichen. Auch einige tolle Tavernen sind ganz in der Nähe. Athanasios war ein großartiger Gastgeber – sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, und wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können sowohl die Unterkunft als auch Athanasios wärmstens weiterempfehlen!
