Peony house

Peony's house is located by the Valti coast, in Sykia. It's land plot is 500m² and it's 93m away from the sea. The house has living room, kitchen, one WC and two rooms, one with double bed and the other with two separate single beds with the ability to add one children's playpen bed. In the living room the sofa becomes bed too. The kitchen is fully equipped (with one big refrigerator, electric stove, toaster, coffee machine and electric kettle). It also has a big front porch and a big green yard with barbecue and one traditional wood oven. Except from the sandy Valti's beach, only a few minutes away with your car you can enjoy all the beautiful Sykia's beaches such as Tourkolimnionas, Klimataria, Tigania, Kriaritsi, Agridia, Tranos Agios Nicholaos, Kavourotripes etc.

Ideal for a family with 2 or 3 children.The apartment is on the second floor,it is brand new, has 2 seperated rooms and a cozy balcony.It has sea view from the corner of the balcony in 60m distance and it is close to the bakery,supermarket,restaurants and night clubs of Sarti.

Our house is 105 sq.m. with three bedrooms, one of which is an attic with a double bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen & washing machine as well as a 850 sq.m. garden with barbecue. There is easy access to Toroni beach, which is 300m away.

Summer house just 20 steps from the seashore. It is located in a quiet area close to the village of Agios Nikolaos in Halkidiki, ideal for resting, relaxation, swimming and carefree holidays. For our family it's our hermitage.
