Anastasia is an amazing host and the apartment was right where she said is going to be, 2 meters away from the sea! It has a beatiful balcony where you can drink your coffee in the morning and look at the sea!

We had an amazing stay at Athina’s place! Her mum, Olga was a great host. Their place is very spacious and secluded. The apartment has a private entry, with a terrace looking over the sea, and it was great to have a coffee in the morning! The kitchen and dining room have everything one needs for a vacation, bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes and hangers. There is also a washing machine at your disposal! Our family of five (three generations) enjoyed a lot in nearby hikes and swims!

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The unit is exactly as described – clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything you need. Communication with the host was quick and easy and helped us with helpful info about the area. The location is excellent. We would definitely stay again!

Rebecca and I had a wonderful time at the accommodation. This is due to the very hospitable nature of the landlord Konstantinos and his parents Stavroula and Dimitros. Everyone was very helpful and gave us great tips for the days on the peninsula. We can definitely recommend the accommodation and will come back ourselves. Thank you to the whole family. Had great time at this apartment. Instructions on how to get inside were clear. The place is clean and looks just like the photos. Apartment is located right at the center of Pefkochori, but because of its placement it’s still very quiet and relaxing. It takes you two-three minutes to get to the comfortable beach. Restaurants around are great and the guide that host gave us was helpful. Communication with host was easy, friendly, they responded quickly and with care. I would definitely recommend it.

Very nice cozy flat with quality appliances. Sea view is gorgeous. A/C and heating working well. Location very quiet in Winter but surely buzzing in summer.

Just amazing! The beach, views, privacy, outdoor kitchen.. everything. Can recommend for anyone looking for a getaway from all the noise and busy life. Also the host is responsive and gave us good recommendations for places to eat and see.

Staying here was an experience that touched our hearts. The house was comfy, perfectly equipped, chill on hot days and super quite during the night. The terrace offered perfect shade. We were blown by heartwarming details like finding a glass in the freezer to enjoy a cold beer, or the delicious jam and honey, the fine coffee and the list continues. We adored the garden with its little meditation corner under the olive trees. We were grateful we could use the kayak and SUPs anytime we wanted and incredibly impressed by Dimitra's and her father's hospitality and kindness.

We had a wonderful time in Pyrgadikia. The apartment was beautiful and everything necessary was available. We were greeted with some food, fruit and water. Foteini took very good care of us and the place is enchanting. I'd love to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Alterra Vitta’s home by sea! Firstly, we had clear communication and instructions about all the necessary details. At the check in we were met by Kostas which explained everything from the house, grill and washing machine etc. Additionally, they have provided us with a booklet with all the best beaches and restaurants in all of Sithonia. We had some issues with the water being cold and the pressure being a bit bad so the shower head didn’t have enough pressure to work. However, Kostas came and fixed it straight away and informed us if there would be such an issue again to inform us and he would help! But luckily there wasn’t any problem again. Lastly, we were pleased with the conditions and it looked like in the photos. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends that are planning their holiday in Sithonia!

Such a wonderful and magical home away from home. A private location with a short walk to a beautiful beach. The home is close to some great restaurants and a supermarket. The amenities were fantastic as Evi really put thought and care into what a guest would need. We were really sad to leave and hope to come back next year. Thank you very much for a special experience.

Great apartment. Nice location for driving to other towns and beaches, and also short walk to restaurants and beach nearby. Apartment was clean and tidy. The host was kind enough to leave lots of local produce for us on arrival.

The compact apartment was really very clean and equipped with everything necessary. Location and views are beautiful. The hosts are totally pleasant and accommodating. The building with the residential units is architecturally very successful and blends harmoniously into the rock. The terrace is separated from the neighboring apartments by privacy screens – as far as the background noise is concerned, it may seem a little less private. But it was pleasantly quiet with us. We felt very comfortable - thank you for that!

We spent a wonderful week with our 3 children in Nonda's apartment. The apartment is even nicer than in the photos, the amenities really very good. Since we were there at the end of October, we were completely alone on the beautiful beach. The sea water is magnificent and was still 23 degrees. It was really an unforgettable, wonderful stay for the whole family

My daughter and her family with 2 kids spent a wonderful little vacation at George's place. His hospitality was outstanding and very friendly, the appartment was very clean and comfortable, the garden with different seating-areas was well maintained and accessable. The nearby little bay and beach were easy to get too and nice for swimming. It was an allover very good experience and we recommand George as a host and his accomo 100%.

We had a great stay at Dafnis house. The direct location by the sea and the beautiful large garden where we visited turtles was really great. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet out of season. The communication with Dafni went well and a flexible check out allowed us a stress-free departure. Thank you for everything, we will be happy to come back.

We had an amazing time. The apartment is really close to the beach and just a few people were there, it really felt like a private beach. The centre where the bars, restaurants, shops were, was about 5 minutes by car. The house was clean, comfortable all in all great, and we really enjoyed having meals on the patio every day. Fivos was really nice, helpful and quick to answer. I would recommend this place 100%. And there were a lot of cute cats nearby.:)

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The accommodation is tastefully decorated, very clean and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The quiet location was particularly pleasant - and yet you can walk to the centre in just five minutes. A really nice combination of tranquility and proximity to everything you need. Dimitri was a friendly and attentive host. He responded quickly to our questions and was easy to reach, which we greatly appreciated. A special highlight was the terrace – a beautiful place to have breakfast in the morning or to relax in the evening. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay that we would be happy to recommend.
