Make yourself comfortable in a 1-room apartment with its own kitchen and bathroom with shower and washer-dryer, which we have furnished with love and care. The apartment is located in the basement of our residential building. It can be reached via a separate entrance and has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen on a total of 63 square meters. The 1-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor with separate entrance. Underfloor heating, electric shutters, triple glazed windows, HD TV, a fully equipped kitchen and much more offer a pleasant stay. The maximum number of people is 4, but then it is already a bit tight and only suitable for a short stay. The apartment is optimal, for example, for 2 adults with a child. A baby crib, a children's travel crib, as well as a high chair can be provided for a small fee (€5 per stay).

We offer a room here with its own kitchen and private bathroom in Langenhagen/Kaltenweide. Hanover airport is only 7 min away by car and we are happy to offer an airport transfer if it is timely, for a surcharge. The bus, which runs right outside the front door, takes you to the S-Bahn (suburban train) station in Kaltenweide in 5 minutes or in 10 minutes. From there, the S-Bahn runs 25 minutes directly to Messe Laatzen/Hanover or in 17 minutes to the City of Hanover.

The flat is located in beautiful Kirchrode, nevertheless there is good public transfer. There is a direct bus to the fair grounds.

Golden apartment on the estate

Stylish one-bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom from where you can watch the pigs in the open-air while showering. On our estate there are many more animals to admire - chickens (including roosters!!!! that means the alarm clock in the morning "rings" a little earlier sometimes), geese, running ducks, horses, quails... There is also a small farm shop and there is always a place to grill or a campfire.

Living in a half timbered house

This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.
