The accommodation is fenced under a large chestnut tree with its own garden. Private parking for 3 cars. It is 7-8 km to Fredrikstad or Sarpsborg city center. Bus to Fredrikstad once per hour. The floor area on the 1st floor is approx. 115 m². Here, there are two large bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a laundry room, and a newly renovated bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms. Sleeping/dining area for 10 people. A high chair and a toddler bed for children are available. We ourselves live right next to the rental house, and we do not want loud parties there.

There is a short distance to swimming areas and the campsite and the convenience store is only a 10-minute walk away. The house is from 1850 and is completely renovated in 2022. Beautiful views of the strait both outside and inside, good sun conditions and amazing sunsets. This is a nice place with lots of charm and good atmosphere with all the possibilities to create good holiday memories.

The house is located 40 metres from the sea and has a fantastic view of Vestfold. Here you can enjoy a spa, barbecuing with a gas grill, a covered seating area and some fantastic sunsets. It's about a 2-minute walk down to the beach where you can swim, dive and jump from the jetty, or enjoy a long, beautiful sandbank that the kids love.
