This is a cozy home located in beautiful Ullerøy. The house is 90m2 in total. On the ground floor there is a bathroom, kitchen with kitchen table, living room with dining table, sofa and TV and a porch. On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed and 2 single beds, and a slightly smaller bedroom with a double bed. 2 floor mattresses are also available. Total of 8 beds The beach is within walking distance and Sarpsborg and Fredrikstad are a short drive away. Parking space with room for 3 cars. Possibility for electric car charging.

Cozy little annex.

This small annex is centrally located, a short distance from Kongstenhallen, the golf course, the Old Town with a ferry to the city centre, and good bus connections. A short distance to the grocery store. The annex is located in our garden and includes a bed that can be pulled out to form a double bed (with two 80-cm single mattresses), duvets and pillows, a small, basic studio kitchen with simple facilities, and a shower and toilet. Bed linen can be rented for an additional fee. AUD 300 per person. Pets are not allowed. No smoking.

In this place, your family can stay close to everything. The cabin is centrally located at Høysand, Skjebergkilen. It is a 15 minutes drive to Sarpsborg, where you will find shopping malls, Inspera and the water park "Superland". There is nice nature in the surrounding area with good opportunities for nice walks or training trips, either by bike or on foot. It is 15 minutes by car to Sweden. Høysand can offer a great beach with diving boards, playground, football field, volleyball courts, mini golf, tennis etc.

Boligen ligger inngjerdet under et stort kastanjetre med egen hage. Egen parkering for 3 biler. Det er 7 -8 km til Fredrikstad eller Sarpsborg sentrum. Buss til Fredrikstad 1 gang i timen. Grunnflaten i 1. etasje er ca. 115m². Her er det to store soverom, kjøkken, stue, vaskerom og et nyrenovert bad. 2. etasje har to soverom. Soveplass/spiseplass til 10 personer. Barnestol og sprinkelseng til barn er tilgjengelig. Vi bor selv rett ved siden av utleiehuset, og ønsker ikke høylytt festing der.

Strømstad is about 20 minutes away by car. 20 minutes by car to the idyllic Old Town in Fredrikstad. There are great hiking and cycling opportunities nearby.

Large south-facing terrace with pavilion and outdoor furniture. Nice place at a nice price.
