The guesthouse features everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and sleeping arrangements for up to 3 guests. About the Space: This detached guesthouse gives you the feeling of having your own little house. It is bright, welcoming, and practically furnished with modern amenities. Main Room (Living Room & Kitchen): Upon entering, you are greeted by an open-plan layout. The living room features a comfortable leather sofa (which converts into a sofa bed) and a TV equipped with Apple TV for your entertainment. You will also find a cozy dining table paired with two unique, green chairs. The kitchen is compact yet highly functional, equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and all the essential cookware and utensils needed to prepare your own meals. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and milk frother are also at your disposal. Bedroom (Loft): Up a charming but very steep and narrow staircase you will find the loft bedroom. It features a comfortable bed, and because the stairs are steep, it requires a bit of climbing to get up and down. This gives the space a cozy "cabin feel," but it is important to note the nature of the stairs before booking. Please keep in mind that a bit of mobility is required here! Alternatively, you can easily pull out the sofa bed downstairs, add the mattress topper, and sleep on the ground floor. Bathroom: The guesthouse has a modern, tiled bathroom with a shower and toilet. We provide fresh towels so you can save space in your luggage. A hairdryer is also available for your convenience. Traveling with Children? We warmly welcome families! We have a foldable baby crib and a Tripp Trapp high chair available upon request to make your stay with little ones as easy and comfortable as possible. Location and Transport: The guesthouse is located on Roald Amundsens vei in Torp, an area with deep historical roots (the famous polar explorer Roald Amundsen was born just nearby!). Perfect Base: Ideally located between two cities, making it a strategic choice whether you are visiting Fredrikstad or Sarpsborg. It also offers easy access to the E6 highway. Public Transport: Excellent bus connections are nearby (the 200 bus/Glommaringen route passes close by), taking you quickly into Sarpsborg or the heart of Fredrikstad (featuring the famous Old Town, "Gamlebyen"). Nature & Leisure: Just a short walk away from great hiking areas and the "Glommastien" path, which is perfect for cycling or enjoying a stroll along the river. Local Amenities: Grocery stores and local services are easily accessible in the immediate neighborhood. Other Things to Note: Important Note About the Stairs: The bedroom is located on a loft, and the stairs leading up are very steep and narrow—closely resembling a ladder. Residential Area & Everyday Sounds: The guesthouse is located in our garden within a cozy residential neighborhood. Because this is a normal residential area, you should expect standard everyday sounds from the surroundings, such as neighbors mowing lawns, passing cars, or outdoor play. About Us: We are a family of four (two adults and two children) living in the main house on the property. During the daytime, normal sounds of children's laughter and play from the garden are to be expected. Trampoline Usage: We have a trampoline in the garden. If you are traveling with children, they are welcome to use it, but please clear this with us in advance so we can ensure a safe and pleasant experience for everyone. Parking: On-site parking is available on the property. Brewery house on a farm with animals. Quiet and peaceful far from everyday hustle and bustle. Located in the middle of nowhere in great nature. The nearest shop/center is Rakkestad which is about 10 km away. We are also 10 km away from Rudskogenmotorsenter. 20 km to Mysen and Sarpsborg. 1.5 km down to Glomma. There are 2 (120x200) beds in the attic. Large sofa bed (150x220) in the living room. There is access to 2-3 travel beds for children (60x120) if requested. There is a playground and seating area with a fire pit right outside. Max 7 adults +3 children under 3

One annex with a large terrace (approx. 270 sq. ft.) consisting of one room, equipped with a refrigerator, a basic hotplate, a coffee maker, an outdoor shower (solar-heated water, so no sun = no hot water), a heater for cool days, water in a jug, and a Porta Potti in a small separate room/shed. Here, you can truly enjoy the sound of the sea, swimming, leisurely walks, fishing, or a cold beer at the local restaurant/pub (10-minute walk).

Sovesofa i oppholdsrom til 2 personer til. Bad med dusj og vaskemaskin. Ikke kjøkken, men mulighet for enkel matlaging. Har kjøleskap/mikroovn/dobbel kokeplate/kaffetrakter/vannkoker/oppvaskmaskin og brødrister. Servise/bestikk osv til dere alle. Buss nr 8 går ute i Svaneveien hver time. VELKOMMEN 🥰

Gjestehuset ligger i en blindvei, i en fredelig vei.1 soverom , og sovesofa i stue/ kjøkken. Det bor et par hunder og en katt på tomten, så ingen kjæledyr.

Great caravan that has a fixed space at Opsund is rented out in the short and long term. Short distance to public transport and about 1 km to Sarpsborg city center, train station and bus terminal. Free parking 100m away. Contains bedroom with double bed, dining room, bunk, fridge, kettle, hob, oven, toilet and all necessary kitchen utensils such as cutlery, plates, cups etc.

Cozy studio, 3 minutes from E6. 8 minutes from Sweden. The studio is a free standing house from 2012, with a basic full size kitchen. Just steps from the door, there is trails leading to the forest. There is trails going to a water tower or bays. Historic sites are plentiful. Only 1,2 km from the ocean. The lodging is private and quiet.
