Great, undisturbed cabin with very good sun conditions. Private jetty with sun plot, bathing stairs and boathouse - Only a short staircase from the sea, this cabin has everything needed. There are possibilities for 10 people as well, as two of the bedrooms have a family bed with room for three. The cottage has a large patio; large lawn/natural plot, two verandas with particularly good sun conditions from morning to evening. Two large seating areas, sun loungers, large gas grill and inflatable hot tub. The minimum age limit for rent is 30 years.

Unique, peaceful cabin of 75 m2 with two bedrooms. Two lofts, one of which has its own TV room and bedroom. Very well-equipped kitchen, dining table with up to 10 (12) seats. Wi-Fi and two TV areas. New bathroom. Furnished porch with barbecue, Jacuzzi and magnificent view. Area with fire pan and wood bench. Dead-end road to the cottage and private parking space. See pictures. Unique summer cottage on Karlsøya

Maybe the dream place for many, with its own beach, boat, jetty and a large plot along the sea. The boat is rented with a separate agreement. Newly renovated cabin with 4 bedrooms and 8 beds. The cabin is idyllically situated in the sea gap in Skjebergkilen by Hvaler and consists of a main cabin, annex and a beach house. Private beach with rocks, hot tub (summer) and jetty that provides fantastic bathing opportunities for the family. A separate bay towards the beach is shallow and perfect for the kids. Large plot with a lot of nice places.

The cabins are of high standard and are well equipped. There is also a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and 10 beds per cabin. Sponvika is a coastal gem that offers saltwater scents, tarred jetties and fine beaches. In Sponvika's old part you can enjoy the rustic wooden houses with picket fences and old, narrow roads. The area offers rich nature experiences both on foot, by bike or by boat. Sponvika's local inn is located by the harbor and we have a brewery with dining space for up to 30 people, meeting room with 25 seats.
