In October 2021, a detached house centrally located in Neumünster was renovated. The outlet center is only 3 minutes away. In about 40 minutes, you can reach Hamburg via the A7 or Kiel in 30 minutes. There is also a good connection to the A7. Shopping is available in the neighboring towns of Bad Bramstedt and Neumünster. The village of Wiemersdorf is very centrally located in Schleswig Holstein.

Forget your worries in this spacious and quiet space. Fitzbek is located 7 km northeast of Kellinghusen in the Aukrug Nature Park. The coasts of the North and East Lake can be reached in about 1 to an hour and a half. The area offers several hiking trails for active recreation. At the southern end of Fitzbek, there is a canoe facility. The apartment with 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms directly overlooking Fitzbeks Störche is located on the first floor of an old farm.

The outdoor swimming pool of Kellinghusen is right near. The train station from Wrist with train connections to Hamburg, Kiel, Neumünster, Pinneberg and Elmshorn is only 5 km away.
