Holiday rentals with a patio in S'Archittu

The apartment is in a very good location in the heart of the colorful village of Bosa. The restaurants and the main square are quite close. The apartment has a very pleasant and peaceful terrace. Rachel is a very available and responsive host. I recommend this property if you are visiting Bosa.

Spontaneous check-in, Leonardo came to the reception within 10 minutes and brought us to the apartment. In the house are 4 apartment, we were the only guests. It was super private and quiet. Leonardo always responded immediately and was super friendly when we had an issue. The apartment was super clean, the bathroom very modern. In the apartment/bathroom the drain smells, but that's probably due to the age of the houses. Just let some water run and air on. We didn't have any mosquitoes in the apartment and nice quiet nights.

The place was great. We addressed it last minute and there was absolutely no problem. Communication was perfect from the first moment. Whatever I needed a response was swift. I rate communication at a very high level. The host was very kind, best experience with airbnb for me. Thank you! 😊

Carlo and Antonella were the perfect hosts and Casa Funtanedda was a great stay for our first trip to Sardinia. They were so warm and welcoming, incredibly attentive and beyond helpful: we had a few problems with our car rental at the start of our stay and they went above and beyond to help us to try and sort it out- we’ll be forever grateful! The accommodation was lovely and as stated in the ad, we’d stay again- a huge thank you to you both!

We spent 10 days in Alessandro's beautiful apartment, perfectly matching the description and in a great location to visit all the most beautiful beaches of Sinis. Alessandro was always available and provided us with useful information for the vacation. Upon our arrival he had left us a basket of breakfast products, milk, water, beers in the fridge and a welcome bottle of local wine.... This is called a real welcome. We had a wonderful vacation, definitely to be repeated.

The apartment was really well-equipped – we didn’t miss a thing. There were even basic toiletries, and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking. The host left us some cookies as a welcome treat, which was a lovely touch. The place itself was cozy, with a slightly traditional style that gave it a warm and homely feel. The only thing worth mentioning is that the ceiling was a bit thin – we could hear some noise from upstairs. It didn’t bother us much and we slept well, but someone more sensitive to noise might notice it more. Other than that, everything was great – 9/10!

Lovely apartment, great base for the local sites and visiting Oristano. Well equipt kitchen for self catering which is always appreciated.

The house was fantastic in one word! You get the holiday feeling right away when you enter the gate. Annarita was waiting for us and showed us around. The place is great, the rooms are very clean, the view fantastic. I can't say a downside. We enjoyed it thank you so much

Marisa's apartment is nicely furnished and has everything you need. We especially liked the terrace. The house is relatively light-sounding. It is located on a street and it was already partly noisy on the street from the bedroom. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay!

Nanda and Franco made our stay in Sardinia special. We felt very welcomed, almost like good friends or even family, but with great respect to our privacy. It's truly unique treatment. The hosts were very helpful with everything we needed, very open and kind. What to write more...? The house located in a small town up on the hill was the one we expected - cozy, but spacious, well designed with art pieces, quiet, warmer or colder, as preferred. All the necessary equipment was there. So for us it was 10/10 experience.

Very good communication with the hosts, which makes you feel cared for and you don't have to worry about anything, David told us about the neighborhood, welcomed us at home, prepared the shopping for the first breakfast because we arrived in the morning. The home is amazing, well-maintained, and reflects the character of the city. We felt like we were on a true carefree Italian vacation! I recommend!

We had a great time at Sandro and Camilla's! They were very kind, helpful and personable. The house is huge, very tidy and clean, has 2 new bathrooms, comfortable beds, parking in front of the door and a terrace with views of the sea and the sunset. The kitchen is well equipped (dishes, cooking utensils, coffee maker, microwave, stove, spices, …) There is no oven and no dishwasher, both did not bother us. All windows have fly screens, so we always had fresh air in the house even without air conditioning. Camilla was always available and helped us with questions or even came by once. She also gave us tips for excursions in the area. For shopping, you drive about 15 minutes to Riola. A car is necessary. We felt very comfortable and recommend the house with a clear conscience!!

The house is in a quiet location, at the entrance of San Leonardo. It is equipped with everything and is surrounded by a beautiful fenced-in garden, where we and our three dogs had a great time. Around, in addition to the park that can be reached in two minutes on foot, there are itineraries in the woods that lead to secluded fountains and incredible nuraghi. Roberta is always available for advice and any need.

We were well received and enjoyed the place. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is really great. It is equipped with everything you need, from condiments to what you need to keep the house clean. The location is great, you can easily walk to downtown Alghero. Inside the house are some very useful instructions. The host is very helpful and always responds quickly

Absolutely lovely stay! Gorgeous and spotlessly clean. Luciana and her daughter were extremely helpful and friendly, and their family restaurant is excellent. It worked great for us and our 1 year old. Would love to come back one day!

If you plan on visiting Bosa (and you should!) look no further than this lovely apartment. Well located on a quiet street, it was easy to find and get inside. And parking right on the street in front of the house. The host and his/her staff are fabulous! Very helpful and responsive to our every need! ( including our locking ourselves out). We were 2 elderly/old/kinda old couples and our stay was perfect. Nothing to improve on! Grazie tanto per tutti! Ciao!

Me and family had amazing 10days holiday , loreta's place felt like home honestly it had everything we needed and my girls loved their room . Loreta's husband was so helpful he provided us with a list of great beaches to visit and also some amazing restaurants every place he recommended was amazingly great. Thank you so much for having us .

Apartment is clean and silent, easy to find and few minutes by foot from the city centre. The host is communicative and friendly. Inside you can find essentials what you need to everyday life. Apartament has a little garden. Free parking on the street. :))))
