The beaches of S'Archittu and Santa Caterina are a 5-minute drive, those of the Sinis peninsula are 30 minutes away and the coastal area of Bosa can be reached in 40 minutes.

Apartment located on a hill in the town of Torre del Pozzo, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea, you can appreciate the tranquility and the scent of the Mediterranean maquis. The nearest beaches are a few minutes away by car and the main city, Oristano, is 20 minutes away. In the area there are bars, tobacco shops, pizzerias and typical restaurants, two small markets and an ice cream parlor. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.
