Ferienwohnung am Surfspot s'Archittu Sardinien

Seit Jahrzehnten ist Sardinien mein zweites Zuhause und nun habe ich mir eine kleine FeWo in s'Archittu gekauft und nach meinen Bedürfnissen eingerichtet - wunderschön sonnig und mit Meerblick, nur 300 m vom Strand entfernt. Im Oktober ist sie ein sehr beliebter Surfspot auf Sardinien - zusätzliche Surfspots liegen im Dörfchen Santa Catarina nebenan und ein paar Kilometer weiter: Sa Mesa Longa. Der Preis enthält u.a. die Gebühren von airbnb und die auf Sardinien verlangte 21 % Tourismus-Steuer.

Casa "Le fresie" - Torre del pozzo

Spaziosa casa su due livelli immersa nel verde e a un passo dal mare. La casa si compone di zona giorno al piano superiore, con terrazza vista mare, e zona notte con due camere e due bagni al piano inferiore. Al giardino si accede dai due piani e dona alla casa pace e riservatezza. Si arriva al mare a piedi in 5 minuti. Le spiagge di S’Archittu e Santa Caterina si trovano a 5 minuti di macchina, quelle della penisola del Sinis a 30 minuti e la zona costiera di Bosa si raggiunge in 40 minuti.

Our apartment is located at less than 200 metres from the sea. It is a ground floor apartment which comprises a good size living room with dining area and an open plan kitchen, one double bedroom with double bed, a smaller bedroom with a bank bed and a bathroom with shower. The apartment benefits from a veranda, accessible from the main living area, which offers a beautiful view of the sea and the coast. The outdoor area is equipped with dining table and chairs and benefits from a barbecue.

Al piano terra ci sono la zona giorno e il bagno; il soppalco ospita la zona notte. La veranda è dotata di una comoda doccia esterna ed è ideale per pranzi e cene all’aperto. Appartamento situato in collina nella località di Torre del Pozzo, si gode di una stupenda vista sul mare, si apprezza la tranquillità e il profumo della macchia mediterranea. Le spiagge più vicine distano pochi minuti di macchina e la città principale, Oristano, è a 20 minuti. Nella zona ci sono bar, tabacchi, pizzerie e ristoranti tipici, due piccoli market e una gelateria. Nel vicino paese di Riola Sardo si trova un supermercato, la banca, la farmacia e altri servizi.

The house is located just a few meters from the beach with sand and characteristic pebbles di Santa Caterina di Pittinuri ,quiet and safe sea location !!The house consists of a double room, a room with two single beds that eventually become a double bed, a large dining room, a small kitchen and a bathroom. From the terrace you can enjoy the sea during meals or a good aperitif!! The bay of Santa Caterina is a nice surf spot .
