Very nice house, well appointed and equipped. We had a great time with the family with our two children. The city center is 10 min walk with all the necessary shops. It was perfect!

I went to Sophie’s place as I was getting married in Paris and needed a place large enough for me and my family who were flying over with me. The house was amazing, spacious and even more beautiful than it seems in the pictures! Sophie was very friendly and responsive. It was all really great.

Stayed at Host Waoue for work, and it was like being at home. Very clean and tidy accommodation, and convenient to the place of interest. Excellent stay in Bettina's house, who was an attentive host. The house is beautiful and we will have a very good memory of this stay.

Great communication and very close to the metro station. Just a 5 minute walk. Neighbourhood feels up and coming and safe if a bit gritty. It’s not in the city centre grand avenues but the metro means that’s not far away. The house is modern and gated so quiet.

We had a great stay in this very nice, clean house and perfectly in line with the listing. We particularly appreciated the warm welcome as well as Thierry's thoughtful gesture when we arrived. Everything was there for us to make us feel good. We'll be happy to go back!

Fabulous French quirky apartment with garden. Really really easy access to centre of Paris

Wonderful location on quiet street blocks from train stop. So easy to get to Paris. Also great bakery at end of street. Loved eating/drinking on back patio. Franck came to unclog a shower drain and proactively cleaned all the drains and changed a lightbulb. The house stays nice and cool on the 1st floor but we had a 98F day with no breeze at night. Those of us sleeping on 3rd floor had a rough night. Fans would have helped that night.

Very good accommodation, very nicely decorated with the canvas of Jouy (wallpaper, cushion...) very well equipped. Very nice welcome by the manager. We had a great time with the family. I recommend it.

Traveling to Paris for the Summer Olympics was a bucket list event, and finding a place to accommodate six adults comfortably would have its challenges. We lucked out and found this great house in Garches! There was ample space and the layout was great for three couples. Seonhee arranged our car service and met us upon arrival (with croissants and wine) to give us the house tour; she was so responsive before, during, and after our stay, including having her cleaning lady come in after the first week (for a fee)). She prepared instructions/directions and explained how the nearby bus and train systems worked which was very helpful. Even the grocery store is in walking distance making this a real prime location. The only drawback is to be mindful of the low ceilings on the top floor. If you're about 6' tall be aware to occasionally duck. Apart from that the house was great and we would definitely rent again.

The house was very well-kept and clean. The host of the house treated us like family. She booked and drove me to a doctor’s appointment, and also took me to several places in the city, accompanying and assisting me on her own time. She had flexible check in and check out times, as we came in early and checked out late with no problem at all. If I were to list everything she had done for me, this review would be far too long. We cannot thank her enough for her hospitality, and we can’t wait to come back.

Wow! This beautiful home is a work of art!!! My family had the best time staying here. We loved loved loved the vintage pinball machine (my high score was 21,333,234) and the outdoor space is perfect for hosting a small gathering of family and friends. Our daughters bonded by playing bocci ball and ping pong. It was also very special meeting Philippe and he’s inspired me to create more art and build a space like this. Very grateful for the good vibes. If you want to escape the hustle of Paris and have a staycation in a beautiful space you should reserve today!

Potentially the most beautiful house I have ever stayed in! The nature aspect is big in this one, you live right by beautiful greenery and even have frogs and ants visiting but thats part of living in nature. 10/10 responsiveness, 10/10 House, 10/10 clean.

I would not hesitate to book this Airbnb. Great location near Ternes metro. Short walk to a grocery store and fresh fruits and vegetables. The apartment looked as nice in person as in the photos. Martin was very easy to communicate with. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We rented this Airbnb for an EVJF, and it was a great experience! No parties inside, but certainly no boredom. The accommodation is spacious, clean and very well-equipped for a good time. Between foosball, the basketball basket, the football field, the trampoline, the pool, the barbecue and even Netflix for relaxing evenings, everyone finds their happiness. Sonia is an exceptional host, responsive and very attentive. The hosting was perfect. I had read a few reviews about surveillance cameras, but I want to clarify that we're definitely not filmed. The villa is simply connected and well equipped which really facilitates the stay. I will be back without hesitation, whether with friends or family. I recommend this Airbnb 100%. I booked this place for a family trip (4 adults/3 kids). Amazing property with all amenities. The photos don’t do it justice! Peaceful location and space for a vehicle. If you don’t have your own transport, I’d advise looking up directions to get to Paris. There is local train station about a 20 minute walk and about 2/3 stops to Paris. Property was in good condition apart from a few cracked tiles but not worth complaining over considering the size of the house. We made use of the cinema (and I made good use of the massage chair!) Ideal place to share great moments with friends. Everything was done before we arrived so that we could easily settle in. Inside, the house is spacious and very well laid out. Outside, the children and their parents were able to enjoy the garden (swimming pool, trampoline, ping pong). Clarence was always very responsive before we arrived and during the stay. We had a great weekend.

We were 6 friends visiting Paris with this lovely house as our starting point. The house exceeded all our expectations. The garden and the heated pool and the tastefully decorated house was the perfect setting for our girls trip. Emma and her husband were a wonderful hosts and very easy to communicate with. The house is beautifully located, a train ride from Paris. We often took the train/metro to town and a van back to the house. It takes a good while, but trains are frequent and it’s easy to get a car to return. Definitely not the last time we stay here! Would be perfect for a large family as well.

Very welcoming, responsive and attentive host. We celebrated my son's 1st birthday and she made sure that everything was perfect in terms of schedule and welcome. I recommend 1000%.
