The house is in a very wooded and secure condominium. The house is very functional, with modern architecture and decoration and very well maintained. The whole town was pristinely clean and working perfectly. Our family loved the stay, which had the efficient support of Gi, indicated by Mauricio and Cláudia for cleaning, housekeeping and kitchen.

It was a pleasant stay, it met expectations. Sarah and the housekeeper are very kind and helpful. We are pleased!

The house is cozy, not a luxury house, it is spacious , great for children. There is only air-conditioning in the master bedroom, and there is no fan in the other rooms. It has an air of those that put it on the ground that it solves well. The house is in a very quiet and safe condominium, the houses don't even have walls, my children played outside the house almost all the time. It has extra inflatable mattresses for those who need it. Casa with great cost benefit .

The property is well located, near the Iguatemi mall and with several dining options and supermarkets (Tauste, Carrefour). Parking included, very easy to use. Well-equipped apartment with a large smart TV and well-equipped kitchen, including a washer and dryer. I highly recommend the space.

Great property, but for those with a child I do not recommend it because it is on the 15th floor and there is no grid in the windows. No most recommend.
