The place is exactly as advertised, with all the facilities for cooking or enjoying the outside area. Since the host does not charge a cleaning fee, the house is not as clean as that. I would prefer if I included the cleaning fee.

I was at Chácara Toka with a group of friends and it was a great experience. The space is beautiful and very pleasant, where we could rest and enjoy. Great service, we were always answered quickly. Super recommend to everyone!

We spent an amazing weekend, my family and I love everything,the house is wonderful,well located, local commerce very close. 10 minutes from the mall. The heated pool and gourmet area was the difference with all certainty. Anyway everything wonderful, we will definitely be back.

Our stay was perfect. Lord João always promptly answered our questions with a lot of education and clarity. We were welcomed by the Mena who was receptive and made us very comfortable. The stay was great! Pleasant, spacious, quiet location. The house has everything you need, from a coffee maker to a pizza pan. The shower is simply perfect and very hot, comfortable bed. Lucia was extremely helpful, responded quickly and was always available, as well as being funny. Roberto is very friendly, a great storyteller and receptive. Great stay, place was extremely clean and organized. Jaque and her husband were super helpful, they helped us when we needed help and explained everything about the place. When I asked about a campfire, they immediately reserved a place on the farm with concrete blocks and wooden benches to provide comfort. I highly recommend it.

Estadia was great, the place is quite spacious and we took advantage of all the spaces the house offered. Everyone in the family loved it, we have nothing to complain about, and we would be back for sure.

Our stay was great! The house is simple, but well structured and spacious, has privacy, even with another house in the courtyard. We are in two people with a pet, but the house accommodates well up to four, with two bedrooms and a bunk bed. The external space is pleasant, with nets , dogs (it is also pet friendly) and a stream/lake . The wi-fi works well. The nearest supermarket is 15-20 min, so it's good to get organized. A positive point is that Gustavo sells fresh mushrooms and frozen vegetarian dishes, which makes it easy. The arrival was quiet, and the host, Gustavo, was thoughtful – even guided us to Macumba Waterfall, about 25 minutes from the property. The trail is short but steep; it is worth bringing water and food, because there is no trade nearby. We would definitely return! The cost-benefit is great and, since it is only 2 hours from SP, it is a great escape option for the bush/fast nature.
