Very beautiful and well organized accommodation, I recommend!

The apartment is great, the beds are comfortable, the number of bathrooms is great, gas shower is all good and the TV is gigantic. It's perfect for changing the face of the home office, or taking some time to relax. Close to the mall and supermarket and receive a multitude of delivery services.

We spent a long season in Maria's apartment. It was super quiet! The very few problems we had were solved by her quickly. The kitchen is very well served by appliances and the barbecue is great! The fact that it has an isolated garage from the building's garage, with exclusive entrance, is very good for the dynamics of the house.

The apartment is clean and organized, safe, near the center, near the market, restaurant so I will of course come back more often, apartment that is worth renting many times, it was the best I have ever rented, when I return to Sorocaba I know where to stay. I am grateful, it is well worth it.

D. Lenir and Richard are great hosts. D. Lenir was very nice and welcoming. The well-educated Richard township was well understood in my requests and questions. We were sent and guided us precisely as to the procedures and use. The property was very clean, well sanitized, cozy house quiet place and close to the downtown trade, two shopping malls tb close to 250 and 400 meters that you can walk. Great cost-benefit. I would stay there peacefully again and highly recommend it. I just have to thank you!!!

New apartment, clean, super-smelling easy location and access close to the highway on the other side of the neighborhood where there are all bars restaurants all less than 3km without counting the impeccable apartment, I highly recommend.

The holiday was wonderful as a family in this very special home.The space is very cozy and with excellent taste in the details. The kitchen and super complete barbecue area of accessories. We managed to enjoy the swimming pool well in the afternoon, in the morning we strolled on the trail and streets from the condominium to the lake(we saw birds, monkeys and goats across the shore of the lake) and the colder nights were great for the bonfire. The outdoor table is beautiful with 10 places and that's where we did our meals, a detail the part was to have the afternoon coffee with the sunset. Whenever I had doubts, Mrs. Josiane promptly catered to me and I can only thank you for all support and kindness. My whole family was delighted with the house and we will return if God allows it.
