The house's private outdoor area features a huge lawn, swimming pool, lake, lakeside deck and garage. Great location! 5-minute walk to the village beach, 7 minutes to downtown Saquarema and 9 minutes to the bus station. Bathtub not included. We do not offer bedding.

Wonderful house with 5 suites on the sand of Itaúna Beach, in the best spot for those who do not like crowds. Easy access, market on the corner, fully equipped, for up to 16 people. Maid available with separate payment arranged directly with her. WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES, THE HOUSE DOES NOT HAVE SUFFICIENT INFRASTRUCTURE (septic tank, parking, etc.) TO ACCOMMODATE MORE THAN 20 PEOPLE. PLEASE DON'T EVEN TRY! :-(
