Sempre atendeu hóspedes para temporadas porém, hoje, a principal ocupação é por moradores e inquilinos anuais. É um local bem tranquilo. O imóvel que anunciamos tem 40m2. Tem um quarto, sala, cozinha e banheiro. A cozinha está equipada com utensílios, para poder preparar as suas refeições.
