The house has an approx. 500m² green area, living room, 4 bedrooms, bathroom with shower stall, 2 kitchens, one of which is an open concept with a barbecue and sink. The house's private outdoor area features a huge lawn, swimming pool, lake, lakeside deck and garage. Great location! 5-minute walk to the village beach, 7 minutes to downtown Saquarema and 9 minutes to the bus station. Bathtub not included. We do not offer bedding.

The house has ample space in the yard, totally independent with a 2.5 x 6 meter swimming pool and another children's pool for the exclusive use of the guests. It has space to store 4 cars. The house consists of 1 large en-suite (with 2 double beds) and 2 bedrooms (with 1 double bed and 1 single bed each). Note: We do not provide towels.
