Great apartment on the street of Itaúna beach. Close to the bus station, surf point, Barrinha, Casa da Pedra, the main church. And the best part, a gate on the beach sand. The car stays in the garage and everything can be reached on foot. The apartment has two bedrooms, a social bathroom and an en-suite, a kitchen, a living/dining room, a laundry room, a balcony and a parking space. In addition, our apartment is very airy and well lit. A safe condominium, with intercom, gourmet area, game room and shower.

Our space is on the main street of Itaúna, in front of the beach, at the Casa da Praia Beach Club. Close to the main beach clubs and restaurants, less than 300 meters from where the Brazilian stage of the World Surf League (WSL) takes place. The building is not “on the sand.” To access the beach, you must use the public access (3 min walk) or the beach clubs (you do not need to consume to access the beach through them). It does not have air conditioning, but it is well ventilated and cool.
