The hosts are very attentive, simple and beautiful decor, full kitchen, bed and comfortable living room. A great option for those looking for comfort and tranquility to rest, together with nature (yes! There are still fireflies there). The backyard is fenced and safe for pets. The view is very beautiful with many birds and animals, not counting the night sky which is a star show. Very recommended!

The villa housed us during the carnival and served what we needed most: a cozy environment that would allow us to relax (and escape the big city) for a few days. Pedro gave us clear instructions on how to get to the house. We had a Polo car and it was quiet - just one day that it rained and left one of the most slippery climb, but it soon passed. We work 4 people remotely in the house for a day (with video calls) and wi-fi served us very well. The kitchen is well equipped, has all the utensils necessary for cooking (pans, cutlery, grating, sleepers…) and for everyday life (offering items such as salt, coffee, filter…). The bathroom was also equipped with toilet paper, soaps, first aid kit (which helped us a lot!), we love the care. The collection of LP's next to the glass is a special charm of the house, we love it! The view from the house to nature is beautiful, it looks like a painting. We felt at home and looking forward to return!

The chalet is perfect, clean, organized, clean and smelling bed & baths, very beautiful views and surroundings, completely surrounded, has all the utensils necessary to spend a few days and weeks until. Check in super quiet, communication with Eleonora was great, attentive and polite. You've given all instructions needed. The chalet is 20 minutes from downtown Santo Antônio do Pinhal, the road is good and a very short piece of dirt road only in the condominium area. Again, thanks for the hospitality, Eleonora!

Very nice place, with a great location and a beautiful view of the region. Ivan is a person of good, super attentive, proactive and of a simplicity that naturally pleases its guests. It was very nice days that we had in his home, ending with a caipira chicken prepared by Ivan to seal this great experience! See you soon!

Casita is exactly like in the pictures. The space is beautiful and nice decorated. The deck is super pleasant, with two mountain facing chairs and an excellent shower, perfect for the hot days of this summer. The bed is very comfortable, and the kitchen, super-equipped – we feel totally at home. If you seek a peaceful place that brings peace, you definitely need to know the casita. We had incredible days and we hope to come back many times to see the sunset on the deck. PS: We met the Brownie, a beautiful dog who visited us every day. Simpathic, friendly and a great companion!

The stay was excellent! The check-in and check-out were very flexible. We arrived at night quite hungry, but we were greeted with a delicious stuffed bread! The view of the little house is too beautiful... Very wide and passes a lot of tranquility. We saw a boar/pig, lots of birds, cows and on the road we saw a hare. We love this immersion in nature! The only downside is that the house is very far from everything... We end up not visiting much waterfalls, trails or restaurants because of the distance. In the end, this guarantees privacy and relaxation, but it's something to think about.

The stay at the apartment was excellent. Exactly as in the pictures, clean, organized and plenty of space for accommodation of 8 adults. Well-equipped rooms, bathrooms and kitchen with everything necessary for a quiet and comfortable stay. The place is just a few minutes from the center, accessible on foot, which undoubtedly helped us a lot. Super recommended and would come back other times.

The property is exactly like the pictures. Very clean, spacious, well decorated and organized. Ricardo always responded to us with agility and proactivity. The apartment is very well located, near Sans Souci, Fábrica da Cacau Show, and it is possible to walk to Capivari Park. We are very pleased with our hosting!

Hello, good afternoon. We were on the Carnival holiday of 2025. We were in 4 families, 10 people. The condominium is stunning, a tourist point of Campos do Jordao, all the time people taking pictures. The apartment is huge, as described. It had everything you can imagine of everyday utensils. In the kitchen, I had everything you need to eat. Water filter, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, gas stove. had washer and dryer, clothes dryers. cleaning utensils. the rooms complete with bedding, towels and heaters. tv, wi-fi. a complete apartment to stay. the host is a nice person and always asking questions. we were greeted by the condominium janitor, a friendly and helpful person. The only bad thing was having to leave. were wonderful days. the location is great, from going to the center of Capivari on foot.

The house is very cozy, much better in person! Very well equiped kitchen, house complete with warm and comfortable bed clothes. Wonderful environment with lots of green, waterfall sound. Gisele Service is spotless! I would go back a thousand times, want to live there! Well requested porters! I loved it all!

We were in a family couple with 3 children with children of 12 years old... And the main purpose was to rest, and it was successfully completed, from the very quiet arrival the check-in, we were very welcome by the reception. When we arrived at the Ap, we had a stroller to carry the bags very conveniently, very spacious parking, the Ap was super clean and organized with everything we need. the location is very good, with the tranquility of the condominium and super close to the movement of the Capivari, we drove by car on account of the children, but would go about admiring the beautiful landscapes and taking many photos. We spent 2 wonderful days there, the children enjoyed the space. We had a super flexible check-out also. We thank the accommodation 9/10. and we would go back to sure.

The stay at Rubens' apartment exceeded my expectations, the place is even bigger and better than the photos. The location is good as it is easy to access to the sights and has trade in the vicinity. Rubens is a great host, very kind and request. I recommend your stay.

It was an amazing time in this apartment (which I recommend), with great accommodations, good bed and bath linens, sensational hosts, super host and always available. They treated us wonderfully well; including great recommendations and quick responses (from check-in to check-out). There are good restaurants and markets nearby. We'll be back on other occasions!

Second time we stayed here and we intend to go back. The site is excellent, it serves my family very well, it is on the ground floor, has a view and access to a beautiful green area where we saw birds and a squirrel, and it is close to Vila Capivari - we were often on foot. Márcio, caretaker, is very attentive and is always available.

Everything perfect at the listing. In the faucets, super clean and comfortable apartment, close to the bars and restaurants (you can walk), covered garage, etc. Thiago always solicitous, responds promptly to messages. Helpful building porters. And of course, the city is amazing! If I have the opportunity to return to the Campos do Jordao, I will stay here again.
