The chalet is perfect, clean, organized, clean and smelling bed & baths, very beautiful views and surroundings, completely surrounded, has all the utensils necessary to spend a few days and weeks until. Check in super quiet, communication with Eleonora was great, attentive and polite. You've given all instructions needed. The chalet is 20 minutes from downtown Santo Antônio do Pinhal, the road is good and a very short piece of dirt road only in the condominium area. Again, thanks for the hospitality, Eleonora!

The villa housed us during the carnival and served what we needed most: a cozy environment that would allow us to relax (and escape the big city) for a few days. Pedro gave us clear instructions on how to get to the house. We had a Polo car and it was quiet - just one day that it rained and left one of the most slippery climb, but it soon passed. We work 4 people remotely in the house for a day (with video calls) and wi-fi served us very well. The kitchen is well equipped, has all the utensils necessary for cooking (pans, cutlery, grating, sleepers…) and for everyday life (offering items such as salt, coffee, filter…). The bathroom was also equipped with toilet paper, soaps, first aid kit (which helped us a lot!), we love the care. The collection of LP's next to the glass is a special charm of the house, we love it! The view from the house to nature is beautiful, it looks like a painting. We felt at home and looking forward to return!

Amazing place, the views are spectacular! The accommodation has everything you could need for a cosy trip away. I really recommend this place to any couples looking to get away and relax in peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings!

The house is exactly as in the photos, located in a high place with a lot of silence and beauty. The dirt road is good and even at night it is easy to get to the city in 15 minutes. The kitchen is well-equipped, top-notch sheets and towels and excellent mattresses. Upstairs, there is a living room with windows all around and super comfortable sofas to relax. Be sure to take a hot tub bath. It's a bit of a hassle to connect the first time, but the experience is worth it. I highly recommend it!

The house is delightful. Great location and easy to access. Wonderful view (the best I've seen in SFX so far). Well-decorated, clean and cozy space Very comfortable bedding, mattress and pillows. Communication was very easy with Alejandro and the housekeeper, who was very helpful and kindly gave us avocados and lemons "from the tree". Thank you very much and we will definitely be back :)

I went with my wife, couple of adult children and boyfriends, our second stay in the house. The condominium is fantastic, the house is excellent, with good taste, beautiful facilities, well-equipped, clean and well maintained, as well as very comfortable. Ana Claudia always present, helpful and kind, as well as Tatiane, the person in charge of the services of the house, also very helpful and agile to help us. We love your stay and plan to return in the future.

The stay was perfect! The support of Loreta and Nivaldo from the beginning was unique. The chalet is fully equipped — full kitchen, BBQ area, internet and TV running super well. We love breakfast and rain dumpling (rs). Maya, the space dog, is a princess: super docile and cheerful. It came to welcome us and got along well with our little dog, which is sometimes 8 or 80 (rs). The green area is beautiful, with a lot of peace and quiet — a true haven of the city.

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment is exactly as in the photos: clean, organized and super cozy. The location is excellent, close to everything I needed. The host was attentive and quickly answered all my questions. I felt at home! I would definitely stay again.

It was a wonderful experience, a large house, with all kitchen utensils available. Plenty of blankets, it was very good because it was very cold, the lady who received us, Silvia, was very attentive. We will definitely come back more often.

The apartment is extremely cozy, spacious and has a super romantic atmosphere. The view is simply spectacular, with a charming panorama of Campos do Jordão. The host was exceptional: very proactive, always available and quick to respond. She was also super attentive in recommending great tours of the region and showed flexibility with the check-in time, which made all the difference in our experience. I recommend it with my eyes closed and I would certainly come back!

The apartment is perfect! You can see that it's a real family home. I went with 2 friends and my puppy, we felt at home. Everything is very clean, easy to find, and organized. The shower is nice and warm, which is important on cold days. Extra blankets available and plenty of space in the cupboards to make us feel at home. It is VERY close to the centre, really about 5 minutes walking quietly. The concierge is very helpful and we had no difficulty with check in/out. Thiago responded very quickly and was very kind. You can book with the certainty that it will be perfect! Just gratitude for these days of rest 💙🙏🏻

The apartment is large and comfortable. Very well furnished and clean, great quality bed and bath linens. Mariana, even before the reservation, was kind and answered all questions, and also made the check-in time flexible. The location is great, you don't need to take the car out of the garage to go to Capivari. One of the cars was parked in front of the building, as the area is quiet and safe.
