Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Sapucaí-Mirim

The villa housed us during the carnival and served what we needed most: a cozy environment that would allow us to relax (and escape the big city) for a few days. Pedro gave us clear instructions on how to get to the house. We had a Polo car and it was quiet - just one day that it rained and left one of the most slippery climb, but it soon passed. We work 4 people remotely in the house for a day (with video calls) and wi-fi served us very well. The kitchen is well equipped, has all the utensils necessary for cooking (pans, cutlery, grating, sleepers…) and for everyday life (offering items such as salt, coffee, filter…). The bathroom was also equipped with toilet paper, soaps, first aid kit (which helped us a lot!), we love the care. The collection of LP's next to the glass is a special charm of the house, we love it! The view from the house to nature is beautiful, it looks like a painting. We felt at home and looking forward to return!

Amazing place, the views are spectacular! The accommodation has everything you could need for a cosy trip away. I really recommend this place to any couples looking to get away and relax in peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings!

The cottage is amazing, as in the pictures! Marquinhos that was our host also helped us a lot always responded quickly, an incredible place for those who want to relax and rest, all well organized and clean, the way to the chalet is also easy to access we had no problems, the platform is very good. We hope to come back more often.

To be honest, the house far exceeded expectations! Much more beautiful and cozy than the photos show! The house was extremely clean, a wonderful fireplace heated the house quickly, without smoke! Super well-equipped kitchen, quality towels and bed linen! Charming backyard, with a little river running right next to the house! We love and will come back for sure! Congratulations to the hosts, nothing but praise!

I am a frequent user of Airbnb and I can say that I have rarely felt so good. Beyond the chalet's innovative architecture, which offers absolute privacy in a spacious indoor and outdoor space, it's impossible not to notice every detail thoughtfully and lovingly designed. Surrounded by a stunning green landscape, the Licht house manages to be simple and sophisticated and, above all, welcoming. And when night falls, it is worth lighting a fire just to see the huge walls of glass cubes illuminated, blending with the darkness, silence and sky, usually full of stars. We could stop here. But it is impossible not to thank the couple for all their cordiality and professionalism, who one day imagined making a piece of land one of the most inspiring places in Gonçalves. Thank you Nuria and Chico. We'll see each other again very soon.

The house is delightful. Great location and easy to access. Wonderful view (the best I've seen in SFX so far). Well-decorated, clean and cozy space Very comfortable bedding, mattress and pillows. Communication was very easy with Alejandro and the housekeeper, who was very helpful and kindly gave us avocados and lemons "from the tree". Thank you very much and we will definitely be back :)

The stay was excellent! The check-in and check-out were very flexible. We arrived at night quite hungry, but we were greeted with a delicious stuffed bread! The view of the little house is too beautiful... Very wide and passes a lot of tranquility. We saw a boar/pig, lots of birds, cows and on the road we saw a hare. We love this immersion in nature! The only downside is that the house is very far from everything... We end up not visiting much waterfalls, trails or restaurants because of the distance. In the end, this guarantees privacy and relaxation, but it's something to think about.

Adriana's house is well located, close to the center of Sapucaí Mirim with a beautiful view of the mountains. There are 3 suites, one of which is decorated for children and has children's furniture. Perfect for accommodating families or friends who want comfort and a good location.

Perfect place, 100% safe, better than in the photos and Cláudio is speechless, attentive and polite! You can rent it, it's definitely worth it!

For those of you who are looking for a quiet place in Campos do Jordão, this is the right place. It is on a cul-de-sac, with easy access. Next to Capivari. The condominium is great, very well structured. The apartment is as in the photos, very spacious, clean and with all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay. The hosts are very helpful, always responding quickly. They left us several treats, which made us feel at home! 10/10!

The apartment is extremely cozy, spacious and has a super romantic atmosphere. The view is simply spectacular, with a charming panorama of Campos do Jordão. The host was exceptional: very proactive, always available and quick to respond. She was also super attentive in recommending great tours of the region and showed flexibility with the check-in time, which made all the difference in our experience. I recommend it with my eyes closed and I would certainly come back!

Look, the apartment in the photos is beautiful. But in person, it's IMPECCABLE. My husband and I went to spend our honeymoon at the Loft and we were delighted! Excellent reception, we were very well received at the entrance and they treated us with great attention. Beautiful, fragrant, clean, the view is perfect and very close to the centre of Capivari. We had an amazing time in Mr Fernando's apartment! Very pleasant environment, prepared in the smallest details, from the cordial reception of the caretaker Reginaldo to the wine and coffee capsules provided by the host. Given this, I recommend it to everyone looking for a place with a perfect location, structured, clean and cozy. We'll be back soon!

We went with a group of friends to ride in Campos do Jordão and we couldn't have chosen a better place. The house is amazing, very well equipped to accommodate several people! The place looks like a grandma's house, super cozy! The garden is also breathtaking!! A huge thank you to Rosângela, the housekeeper we hired for the house services and who did everything with a lot of love! Our stay was amazing and we already want to go back!!

Wonderful space, I spent the weekend with my friends and everyone loved the house. Besides being comfortable, beautiful and spacious, it is close to everything and Rodrigo gave us all the necessary clarifications, being flexible even with the check-in, I recommend it!! Just one detail of attention would be to put a handrail on the external staircase that leads downstairs because we had a small accident there. Other than that, everything is great

The space is impeccable! We want to go back again. The house is beautiful, spacious, with everything we need. The garden is perfect! Looks out of a painting. All well cared for. The external jacuzzi is delicious. The homeisers Priscila and Osmar are wonderful and very helpful. It is worth a visit!

Eliana was great. Always available when we had questions. The place is beautiful and peaceful. The only suggestion I have is that the first time going there you should go before gets dark. Once you know where is the place you can drive at night
