Mr. Carlos Alberto was an odd host!! Rare Jewel to meet! Always very proactive, fast and accurate in communications, from the first to the last contact. We were delivered more than the contractor!! The site, extremely clean and organized, faithfully matches the announcement. Super recommend!!

This is a fantastic place, on the top floor with incredible views, and a great location with lots of restaurants, bakeries, and even a brewery nearby. The apartment itself is very comfortable and well-organized. I would definitely stay here again. Just note, for the Americans out there (haha), that there is only AC in the master bedroom (to help you sleep). But I think this is typical of Brazil.

This was the second time my daughter and I stayed at Tatiana's property, it will certainly be our choice again. The condominium is quiet and well located and the host is impeccable. I loved it!!

Indico with a lot of precision and gratitude! Anderson was very coherent and attentive! The Price charged for it much more affordable! I was afraid at first but everything went as it was agreed! What a wonderful stay!!! We want to go back. They can close without fear, there are no lies as to what Anderson informs. Just one addendum that I didn't respect Anderson: the values of the hotel's meals are salty rs, but it is very close to the center and there are many options for restaurants there. The employee who cleanses is very nice and does her job well. And the Pizza of the hotel tratoria is sensacionaaaaal! Anyway, vale muitooooo God bless you Anderson!

Since the Beginning Rogério helped in the whole process, super helpful, responds very quickly, gave us great tips on what to do in the city and we did all that he guided us, a very quiet and familiar place and easy access to everything, the apartment is great very cozy and has everything you need and is identical to the advertised. We will definitely be back in the next opportunity.

Very new apartment and privileged location, close to bakery, pharmacy and restaurant. We had a great stay.
