The cozy place, with everything you need for your stay, close to the restaurants, Porto and the Bus Station, great location, everything clean and tv takes several channels. I highly recommend it to everyone!!

Mr. Carlos Alberto was an odd host!! Rare Jewel to meet! Always very proactive, fast and accurate in communications, from the first to the last contact. We were delivered more than the contractor!! The site, extremely clean and organized, faithfully matches the announcement. Super recommend!!

This is a fantastic place, on the top floor with incredible views, and a great location with lots of restaurants, bakeries, and even a brewery nearby. The apartment itself is very comfortable and well-organized. I would definitely stay here again. Just note, for the Americans out there (haha), that there is only AC in the master bedroom (to help you sleep). But I think this is typical of Brazil.

Since the Beginning Rogério helped in the whole process, super helpful, responds very quickly, gave us great tips on what to do in the city and we did all that he guided us, a very quiet and familiar place and easy access to everything, the apartment is great very cozy and has everything you need and is identical to the advertised.
