A beautiful apartment in the midst of nature, surrounded by olive and lemon trees. Very clean, kitchen very well equipped and nice seating outside. Mosquito screens on the windows are very practical. Carlo was a very attentive and friendly host. We will be happy to come back.

Beautiful house, comfortable, bright and spacious, very well located for those who want to visit Sanremo. We had all the advantages of being a few km from the city without the inconveniences of noise and crowds of tourists. Lorenzo welcomed us in person and gave us the tour of the property, explaining everything about the apartment and the neighborhood. During our stay he was available to answer our questions and to help us organize our outings. Thank you very much for hosting us. 🙂

The apartment is very spacious and in each bedroom there is air conditioning. It is located on the 3rd floor with a beautiful view of the sea. There is also an elevator in the building which is very convenient. Lara is a very friendly lady and always attentive. We had a very pleasant week in Sanremo. The apartment is to be recommended. We will certainly return again.

Raymond and Anne share with guests their beautiful home, but they are exceptionally warm, interesting, and charming people to meet. It was an excellent combination for a magical and memorable vacation to Monaco. I would not go back unless we can stay with them again! Besides the amazing views, refreshing pool and clean jacuzzi, there were even fireworks several of the nights over the bay! Our hosts generously left wine, snacks, and coffee in the unit, as well as a fully stocked bathroom. More than anything, we really loved spending time with them. Highly recommend this AirBnB!

We very much enjoyed our stay with Sabrina. The accommodation was very clean and Sabrina provided us with small items that were missing at short notice after consultation. We were lucky to have been the only guests, which is why we had the outdoor area virtually to ourselves. It is a wonderful place to relax and unwind. Sabrina was very accommodating, provided us with tips for the area - we lacked nothing. The walk to Lidl & the sea is not far, but very steep. Thanks again for the beautiful days and the hospitality.

Fantastic place, home with all the comforts that a person would like so nothing to say. Stefano was super present for any problem, I recommend it to those who want to take a few days away but above all to those who work

We had a wonderful stay in San Remo. The apartment is quietly located, has a beautiful view and Mauro is always ready when you have questions. Recommended!

Laura was very available in communications to help us and answer our questions. We were warmly welcomed. The apartment was clean and as shown in the photos. Lots of space on several levels. So a lot of stairs, which was not a problem for us, but I mention it for those who may have less mobility. The apartment is not new but it is typical of the place and that is what we are looking for. Always more interesting to soak up the place, it's part of the charm and it was comfortable. The available parking is definitely a plus. We park without worries and everything works afterwards. Laura is local and is doing a great job promoting her city and wants to share it!

We stayed at Paula's to visit villages. The Host came to pick us up at the beginning of the road to facilitate the journey to the house. Very kind. Very quiet place with a nice terrace. Ideal for relaxing in the evening. An unforgettable holiday. Thank you

Perfect welcome! Clean, functional accommodation, nothing is missing. Good bedding. The terrace decorated with the old bougainvillea in bloom with incredible scents is a plus. Wim and Véro are extremely kind. Very nice stay.

Apartment decorated with care in a characteristic farmhouse on top of the hill of Borgo Parasio. Loggia di s.Chiara and other breathtaking views are a 30 second walk and walking through the alleys of this village is a real treat. Reaching the beaches and returning home is convenient thanks to the 3 municipal elevators that cover 80% of the slope and steps. Alessio is an attentive and caring host and the website of the house offers the best for a complete tourist experience. Great cleanliness!

The stay was very impressive for us, especially because of the absolute tranquility. Everything was available in the house,it is a very special place and you have to like the solitude. You can take smaller walks in the village,we have encountered many birds and special wild plants. In the house I would have liked an empty closet, for the 6 nights we had to leave things in the bags,as we had no way to unpack things in the lower area. This place is not suitable for people with government restrictions.

Great stay at this villa. The place is relaxing We find ourselves alone in the olive trees The barbecue annex is incredible The only downside is the access road, you shouldn't have a large vehicle, or the possibility of parking downstairs

Erwin and Liliane are very friendly hosts, they live ‘next door’ but never intruded on our privacy. They were very helpful when we asked about anything (how to work the gas plancha, which villages to visit) The view is absolutely stunning. We had a large terrace plus the pool area to admire it from and of course the pool itself which I used every day. The area is a mix of busy coastal towns and quieter mountain scenery and villages. Great restaurant nearby. The apartment itself is a little old fashioned in places, but it had everything we needed. We were very happy there. Thank you Liliane and Erwin!

Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

We had a lovely week staying here, the surroundings are beautiful and it was amazing to have access to the pool. Catherine was very friendly and accommodating, providing tips and even food when we arrived late. We will definitely come back!

Our stay in Italy at Imperia was very pleasant. We had the pleasure of spending a week in a beautiful home that impressed us with its diversity and sustainable charm. The owners, especially the friendly hostess Anny, welcomed us warmly and took good care of us throughout our stay. On the first evening, we were spoiled with a homemade pasta dish prepared with fresh vegetables from Anny's own garden. Anny was always available to us, whether in person or via a messenger app when she was not on site. We highly recommend this place. The combination of sustainability, friendly hospitality and beautiful surroundings makes this property a great vacation destination. We will certainly be back.

A truly superlative experience! Angela is a caring and kind host, she fills you with attention and gifts from her lush garden (sweet and juicy lemons and grapefruits). The location is enviable for its panorama and tranquility, while the swimming pool and gazebo/solarium are a bonus worthy of an exclusive resort. In short, this gem in the hills of Ventimiglia, a stone's throw from Menton, is an accommodation option not to be missed!

The reception was extremely friendly, just like last year. Everything is very straightforward and communication with Elisabetta is perfect. The apartment is very lovingly furnished and very well equipped. The terrace with the magnificent view is unique. The proximity to the beach is great. This year, the pool was open. Beautiful complex with magnificent views.

We had a very pleasant time in the old oil mill. The house, the garden and the entire surroundings were extraordinarily beautiful. We particularly liked the proximity to the centre of Ceriana, which could be reached on a beautiful footpath. There you could get the most necessary things in one of the two small supermarkets. We were very happy to sit outside in one of the two bars in the evening and watch the lively hustle and bustle around us. The locals were incredibly nice and approachable. Since the temperatures were still in the moderate range, we took some very nice bike tours directly from the house. The roads leading into the mountains are narrow, but they are not heavily trafficked. This is certainly different in the high season. However, there are many steep uphill sections, and an e-bike is recommended for those who are not in top shape. We were able to safely park our cars in the lower part of the house.
