Cozy apartment for the two of us. The bed is large, the living room and living room spacious. Easy access close to RER and bus (especially to go to Disney and the shops around). Quiet residence but no luck, works just in front on weekdays. In case of high heat, the shutters in the living room are not sufficient to keep it cool. There are shutters in the room. I will stay at Florence and Christophe's apartment again because we had a pleasant weekend at their place, although we were there for an event in Guignes, we took the trouble to note that all around there was a grocery store, a bakery and free parking a few steps from the apartment

Very responsive and friendly hosts, nothing too much trouble. Our favourites were the sun trap patio, the hot tub, the pellet heater, and the children's / teenage play area upstairs The bedrooms are lovely and big but there was nowhere in them to put anything on (make up, creams, combs, jewellery etc) , like a dressing table or a shelf.

We had a lovely stay in the gite. The big garden in the back was wonderful for the kids and dog. The house had everything we needed and more during our bouldering trip. I hope we can come back again.

Great apartment, only five minutes to reach the train. So easy access to Paris. Clean apartment with all necessities. I was very pleased!

Just a few minutes' walk from the station, the location is both quiet and convenient — with fast food options and a delicious bakery nearby, it was a perfect environment. The address was clear and accurate, making it easy for our Uber drivers to find without any issues. Inside the building, everything was spotless. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with a variety of dishes, the refrigerator was large, and the bathtub offered plenty of room to relax. We are truly filled with gratitude. What made this place truly exceptional was the fact that there were six private bedrooms — something quite rare to find within central Paris. On top of that, the host kindly arranged an additional mattress in another room, allowing all seven of us to stay comfortably. The apartment was very nice, exactly like the pictures. We were traveling by car and wanted to go to Paris, the location was well suited for that. Arrival to Peripherique about 45 minutes, then you can park the car and take the subway. Everything was very clean with 3 bedrooms and was exactly as shown in the pictures. Well suited for up to 6 people, whether you like a sofa bed, you have to judge for yourself. For breakfast, there is a bakery within walking distance on weekdays, a large supermarket very close, open from 9:00. We would book the apartment again.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Audrey’s place is on our Favorites List! The apartment was clean, cute & comfy with restful décor & plenty of windows for a light & bright environment. The location was in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The Metro was a short walk away so we could get to the most popular areas in Paris easily & return later to a peaceful, calm evening. Several restaurants were nearby, as well as a terrific mid-week Farmer’s Market. The kitchen had plenty of cooking & eating utensils & dishes. The beds were comfortable & a fan was provided for each bedroom to bring in the cool night air. The bathroom was modern with a large tub/shower & the inhouse washer was a big plus. But the best part about Audrey’s place is Audrey! She provided concierge service, allowing us to ship a package to the apt. in advance of our arrival. It was there waiting for us when we opened the door. Instructions to find/access the apt. were very clear & Audrey was responsive to any questions we had. Three cheers for Audrey!!
