one of the nicest airbnb's I have used , very clean ,has everything one needs and more ,washing machine ,dishwasher ,mosquito net in the wondows which makes such a differance ,and the host and his family are very friendly ,so 10/10

We had a wonderful stay! Our host was extraordinarily friendly and accommodating. We can warmly recommend the house for people who want to relax and be away from the hustle and bustle. In the very large meadow, there is a volleyball/badminton court as well as football goals. Pool area very clean and nice. Restaurants & everything you need can be reached in 20min by car. The sea in 40 minutes.

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We had a great stay at the place. The villa was very clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The location was ideal – quiet, but still close to the sea The check-in went smoothly and Gabi was always friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back!

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! Helena is one of the friendliest hosts we've ever had. She was always available and more than helpful. She not only provides accommodation but a home for a while. We felt more than comfortable in this fantastic house and had nothing to complain about. The amenities are great, especially the covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue. A travel cot was provided for our baby and there was a first aid basket with breakfast for us. Due to the walled garden, we had a super relaxed time with the dog and without exception everyone had a nice stress-free time. We would come back anytime!

The stay was absolutely excellent – the accommodation was spotlessly clean, stylishly furnished and exactly as described. The host was extremely friendly, helpful and always available. I felt completely comfortable and would love to come back. Full recommendation!

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Mariza's cabin in Labin. She was welcoming and always available for questions and tips. Felt right at home. She even greeted us with an umbrella for us to use since it was raining outside

Everything was even better than the pictures, especially the garden. The apartment is rally sweet with original rustic details. The host, Klara is extremely nice and full of good advice of what to see and where to go. All in all, if we come to Istria again, we will try to stay here :)

Ileana's place was quite good. All the basic necessities are provided and Ileana is quite responsive. We had a really nice and smooth stay at her place.

We had an incredibly nice stay at Rafael & Milena's! We were very warmly welcomed and have some great tips for the area incl. restaurants, beaches, hikes, etc. The apartment was very clean and the small garden was beautifully done, with lavender and rosemary bushes. The mattress was also ideal, not too hard but not soft either. The view is also exactly as shown in the pictures and you can sit outside and have breakfast at sunrise. Many thanks again from us! 🙌🏼

We loved staying at Andrej's parents' house. They were very welcoming and caring. In addition, they offered us jam from their garden. 😊 I highly recommend it, the accommodation is great. We really enjoyed taking advantage of the small terrace for eating.

nice people, great place

We are happy about the nice time in Istria. The garden invites you to relax or play with your own children or neighbors. Quiet but central location, so you can explore Istria well. Small villages, castle ruins, Escape Castle, numerous pebble beaches. We felt directly comfortable on arrival and will keep the beautiful holiday in good memory for a long time.

Magnificent view from the terrace, very nice quiet bathing places (by car) quickly accessible. Good starting point for exploring Istria. Very nice landlord family next door. Glad to come back

Franko and his wife were cordial and gracious hôtes. Their house is in a beautiful and peaceful setting, 10mn up a winding road from Koper. Although walking to and from town would be challenging, parking is abundant and inexpensive in Koper, and Franko's house is a great base for exploring the area's attractions. We would be delighted to stay there again.

Sanja was very nice and gave us many recommendations. The flat is very spacious and the interior and equipment of very high quality so I think one could even cook there properly unlike in most Airbnbs. Everything needed was provided. Free parking in front of the house was very useful. There is a supermarket very close by and the centre with the amphitheatre can be reached by a short walk. The street for going to Premantura is also close by. It's also rather quiet, we slept with open window. Highly recommended.

Everything was as described and you had a wonderful view of the sea. Ksenija was always available when something was up and very friendly.

We had an amazing time in Irenas Happy beach Apartmen! Such a cozy place and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need! The view is stunning and it’s soooo quiet. We just relaxed and in enjoyed the silence. The sea is amazing and the spot directly in front of the house is also awesome for snorkelling! We found all sorts of fish, crabs, starfish, shrimps! In a 10-15 min walk alongside coats you can reach two beach bars, really cozy. In Rijeka you can shop everything. And in addition to all that, Irena is such a welcoming, friendly host! We really enjoyed our stay, thank you Irena!

Lovely place- easy walk to many things but off the beaten path. Beautiful apartment!
