Beachfront holiday rental in Santa Severa

We only stayed at Matteo’s place for one night but we enjoyed our stay. He was very clear on instructions on how to get in and find everything we needed. It’s a great location! Directly across the beach and really close to the airport (which is why we chose it)

Daniela was a fantastic host. We felt very at home and she showed us around all the amenities. The apartment was lovely, especially with the addition of the shared sea view rooftop terrace. The bicycles provided were great for getting around Fregene to see all the different beaches. Everything was perfect, apart from a small ant problem. Would definitely reccomend!

We had a lovely stay. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again. Wish we would have been able to stay longer.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Passoscuro dans le logement d'Erika ! Le cadre est magnifique avec la plage accessible à pied et le logement etait impeccable. Très bon rapport qualité prix et à 30 min de Rome en voiture 👌

He gave clear instructions at all times, responded quickly with great recommendations for places to visit, and made sure everything was smooth. The place was clean, had a great atmosphere, and truly had all the accommodations we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Nicoletta è stata sin dall' inizio molto disponibile e accogliente. L' appartamento molto carino e vicinissimo alla spiaggia libera. Consiglio per un soggiorno a Santa Marinella!

Der Aufenthalt bei Costantino war sehr gelungen, das Haus ist gepflegt, die Zimmer gemütlich, die Bäder schön und sauber, die Veranda sehr schön, die Außenküche mit allem ausgestattet was man zum Kochen braucht. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen etc. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, der Aufenthalt war sehr gelungen, der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer Costantino problemlos. Der Eigentümer war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wir können einen Aufenthalt bei Costantino wärmstens empfehlen!!👌

Abbiamo soggiornato in due nella dependance, un posto molto intimo e tranquillo. Il giardino è una meraviglia, e la piscina ancora di più. Se si vuole passare un momento di relax è decisamente la casa perfetta. Daphna è una donna molto gentile e disponibile, pronta a rispondere ad ogni dubbio ed esigenza. Torneremo sicuramente per goderci ancora questa bellissima oasi.

È stato un piacere soggiornare nuovamente da Marco. La casa è stata ristrutturata da poco (pavimenti, infissi, bagni), pulita, ha ogni comfort, molto funzionale, è pensata per ogni esigenza. Perfetta per la nostra famiglia con bambini e nonni, ognuno ha il proprio spazio. Molto vicina al mare (pulito e con uno stabilimento attrezzato ed efficiente), offre la piscina nel residence, comoda per i bambini. Wifi perfettamente funzionante per lavorare in smartworking. Marco è sempre disponibile e accogliente, pronto per ogni piccola esigenza che abbiamo avuto. Una bellissima vacanza!

We had a truly wonderful stay! The apartment is beautifully furnished with great attention to detail – cozy, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The garden is nothing short of paradise – peaceful, lush, and full of charm. Our daughter especially loved watching and even feed the turtles and rabbits – such a lovely surprise that kept her entertained for hours! The hot tub in the garden was the perfect finishing touch – relaxing in it was a highlight of our stay. A special thank you to our incredibly kind and welcoming host Daniele, who made us feel at home from the very first moment. Your hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable. We hope to return someday – and will definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

Enrico war sehr zuvorkommend und nett und war stets erreichbar wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir haben uns bei Ihm sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig (warscheinlich auch weil es außerhalb der Saison war). In der Wohnanlage ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das tut dem Wohlfühlfaktor aber keinen Abbruch. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die fußläufig erreichbar sind. Enricos Pizzaofen ist ein echtes Highlight. Das ist echtes italienisches Lebensgefühl. Für den Preis ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen. Eine Kleinigkeit hat uns schon etwas gestört. Außerhalb der Wohnanlage und insbesondere der Weg zum Strand und am Strand war es sehr dreckig.. überall lag Müll. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass wir außerhalb der italienischen Feriensaison dort waren. Die Innenstadt von Rom ist in einer Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar und wenn man früh da ist, gibt es am Tiber entlang auch viele günstige Parkmöglichkeiten. Danke Enrico für die schönen entspannten zwei Wochen.

Evde hersey düşünülmüştü. Ihtiyacimiz olan hersey kullanma talimatlariyla mevcuttu. Marco sorularimiza her an yanit verdi ve ihtiyacimiz olup olmadigi konusunda devamlı ilgi gosterdi.Konaklamadan cok memnun kaldik,aracimiz olmadigi icin tren istasyonuna yuruyus yaptik, gec saatlerde taksi ile donus yaptik.Taksiler gec saate kadar çalışmıyor ancak ozel taksi servisleri var,konaklamadan once o servislerden birini ayarlarsaniz istasyona gitmek icin daha rahat edersiniz.Bunun disinda,iki alt sokakta deniz kenarinda yuruyus yapip yazin denize girebilirsiniz. Genel olarak bu yeri kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Dana has been great with us and the villa kinga is a perfect location for relaxing while being walkable from the Anzio beaches. Fully equiped and very clean. +++

We had a magical stay! This was the best space by far with an amazing location by the beach and restaurants. The accommodations and friendliness by Lorenzo and Michela were incredible. We decided to stay one night in Civitavecchia before boarding our cruise, and it turned out to be an excellent choice thanks to Monia’s wonderful hospitality. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with warmth and kindness, making sure we were comfortable in her beautiful apartment, which truly exceeded our expectations. The place is incredibly cozy and peaceful—you immediately feel at home. Every detail is just as described, and the apartment is beautifully maintained. The location is also perfect: right in the center, with plenty of charming spots to explore within walking distance. Monia’s recommendations for places to visit and eat were spot on and helped us make the most of our short stay. We definitely recommend this place, and we’ll be back—next time for a longer visit to discover more of this lovely part of Italy.

We loved Christian’s place. Everything was perfect. The area is vibrant with many quality restaurants nearby. Beautiful views of the sea. Christian was an amazing host, organising things and giving recommendations. His place was clean and comfortable and well stocked. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Ostia. He met us at check-in and check-out which made things easy. He also arranged transfer from train and to airport.

Hi Serena My wife and I arrived in the morning, and Serena kindly arranged to meet us at her apartment. Serena explained things that we needed to know, and kept in touch with us throughout.The apartment is very central and a good size for two, has a lovely big terrace facing the sea, that gets the sun all day long. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and to the railway station for Rome trips. Ladispoli was bigger than we expected, with plenty restaurants, shops, cafes, supermarkets, and also friendly people. Super flat right overlooking the sea. Little balcony to sit and watch the waves. Right near train station to be able to go to Rome for a day. Promenade below had lots of nice little restaurants and a flat walk into the town centre. Flat quiet with windows closed, even at very busy time. All very well organised and clean, with a helpful host. As a solo traveller I felt safe. Ideal stopover a few days before embarking on cruise . Taxis for port from station needs to be thought through ahead . Best book your transfer/shuttle bus possible .- highly recommend this flat.

Casa arredata con gusto, pulita e ordinata. Terrazza grande e con vista panoramica piacevolissima. Sicuramente la consiglio a chiunque possa spostarsi con la macchina, perché a piedi non si può andare. Ma vale assolutamente la pena! Strade libere, parcheggi facili e tanti bei posti da scoprire. Ciò giustifica il fatto di dover prendere la macchina: si sta immersi nella pace del verde e la vista rilassante del mare all’orizzonte. Host pronto e disponibile. Un luogo dove tornare!

We loved Silvia’s place. We had the greatest experience with all the little attentions, great views, sandy beach and walkable to train station. We would definitely return there.

We stayed at apartment for 4 nights, everything went nicely. We were welcomed in person, everything was instructed, the apartment was as per description, and when we left, Carla picked up the keys from us and returned the deposit. The Wi-Fi did not work, but that was so me issue within the town Internet provider.
