Beachfront holiday rental in Santa Severa

We only stayed at Matteo’s place for one night but we enjoyed our stay. He was very clear on instructions on how to get in and find everything we needed. It’s a great location! Directly across the beach and really close to the airport (which is why we chose it)

Daniela was a fantastic host. We felt very at home and she showed us around all the amenities. The apartment was lovely, especially with the addition of the shared sea view rooftop terrace. The bicycles provided were great for getting around Fregene to see all the different beaches. Everything was perfect, apart from a small ant problem. Would definitely reccomend!

We had a lovely stay. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again. Wish we would have been able to stay longer.

Great stay at the property. I preferred to stay outside Rome and pay daily visits. The season was still off, but I could find anything I needed. Overall, a good experience for a family of 5.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Costantino’s villa. He is an exceptional host. He responded immediately and clearly to all our needs. The villa is charming and well equipped. Ideal for summer stays and preferably with own transport as it’s 5km outside of Terricina town, it didn’t affect our stay as we enjoyed the walks along the promenade to the town and back. We highly recommend Costantina and his charming villa.

This is truly a little paradise, we had a wonderful weekend here, the pool is clean and well maintained, the house has all the amenities, the owners are very welcoming and friendly, we will definitely come here again, now this is our favorite place to relax, thank you so much❣️

It was a pleasure to stay with Marco again. The house has been recently renovated (floors, fixtures, bathrooms), clean, has every comfort, very functional, is designed for every need. Perfect for our family with children and grandparents, everyone has their own space. Very close to the sea (clean and with an equipped and efficient establishment), it offers the swimming pool in the residence, convenient for children. Fully functional WiFi for remote working. Marco is always available and welcoming, ready for every little need we had. A beautiful vacation!

We had a truly wonderful stay! The apartment is beautifully furnished with great attention to detail – cozy, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The garden is nothing short of paradise – peaceful, lush, and full of charm. Our daughter especially loved watching and even feed the turtles and rabbits – such a lovely surprise that kept her entertained for hours! The hot tub in the garden was the perfect finishing touch – relaxing in it was a highlight of our stay. A special thank you to our incredibly kind and welcoming host Daniele, who made us feel at home from the very first moment. Your hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable. Enrico was very accommodating and nice and was always available if we had any questions. We felt very comfortable with him. The surroundings were very quiet (probably also because it was out of season). Everything in the residential complex is a bit outdated, but that doesn't detract from the feel-good factor. There are many shops within walking distance. Enrico's pizza oven is a real highlight. That's a real Italian way of life. For the price, the place is highly recommended. A little something has bothered us. Outside the gated community and especially the path to the beach and on the beach it was very dirty.. there was trash everywhere. Maybe it was because we were there outside of the Italian holiday season. Downtown Rome can be reached in an hour by car and if you get there early, there are also many cheap parking options along the Tiber. Thanks Enrico for the nice relaxed two weeks.

We had a magical stay! This was the best space by far with an amazing location by the beach and restaurants. The accommodations and friendliness by Lorenzo and Michela were incredible. We decided to stay one night in Civitavecchia before boarding our cruise, and it turned out to be an excellent choice thanks to Monia’s wonderful hospitality. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with warmth and kindness, making sure we were comfortable in her beautiful apartment, which truly exceeded our expectations. The place is incredibly cozy and peaceful—you immediately feel at home. Every detail is just as described, and the apartment is beautifully maintained. The location is also perfect: right in the center, with plenty of charming spots to explore within walking distance. Monia’s recommendations for places to visit and eat were spot on and helped us make the most of our short stay. We definitely recommend this place, and we’ll be back—next time for a longer visit to discover more of this lovely part of Italy.

We loved Christian’s place. Everything was perfect. The area is vibrant with many quality restaurants nearby. Beautiful views of the sea. Christian was an amazing host, organising things and giving recommendations. His place was clean and comfortable and well stocked. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Ostia. He met us at check-in and check-out which made things easy. He also arranged transfer from train and to airport.

Hi Serena My wife and I arrived in the morning, and Serena kindly arranged to meet us at her apartment. Serena explained things that we needed to know, and kept in touch with us throughout.The apartment is very central and a good size for two, has a lovely big terrace facing the sea, that gets the sun all day long. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and to the railway station for Rome trips. Ladispoli was bigger than we expected, with plenty restaurants, shops, cafes, supermarkets, and also friendly people. Super flat right overlooking the sea. Little balcony to sit and watch the waves. Right near train station to be able to go to Rome for a day. Promenade below had lots of nice little restaurants and a flat walk into the town centre. Flat quiet with windows closed, even at very busy time. All very well organised and clean, with a helpful host. As a solo traveller I felt safe. Ideal stopover a few days before embarking on cruise . Taxis for port from station needs to be thought through ahead . Best book your transfer/shuttle bus possible .- highly recommend this flat.

A wonderful and peaceful stay, very close to the airport but quiet and calm to recharge after a long trip. Catia's husband was incredibly kind to help us and took us to a nearby store to stock up for the night. We loved the apartment and hope to come back soon.

We loved Silvia’s place. We had the greatest experience with all the little attentions, great views, sandy beach and walkable to train station. We would definitely return there.

We stayed at apartment for 4 nights, everything went nicely. We were welcomed in person, everything was instructed, the apartment was as per description, and when we left, Carla picked up the keys from us and returned the deposit. The Wi-Fi did not work, but that was so me issue within the town Internet provider.
