Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Santa Rosa Island

Loved staying here! Would definitely recommend and definitely would come back. Very clean and peaceful! The bed is SO cozy and comfortable. The little extras she adds makes such a huge difference. Like, a gallon of water, coffee is provided, bag of ice in the freezer and thank goodness she provided sugar bc I forgot mine! Lol oh and there is a cat, she was such a sweetheart! Thank you Anabelle! We had a great time!

This house is breathtaking! The home looks even better in person. Everything was immaculate! My family will definitely book again.

This is a great place to stay in a very quiet neighborhood. It’s close to the NAM, beach, and downtown.

The beds were literally the nicest beds I’ve ever slept in- each bedroom had a large nice ceiling fan and the neighborhood was completely silent at night so I promise you will sleep like a baby here. I have a son with profound Autism who likes the run so I was sold on the enclosed back yard. Very safe, not too large/not too small. Overall the house was adorable, the neighborhood was peaceful and location was perfect. My kids first trip to FL and they loved “The Florida Crib”

The place was just like the pictures and very clean. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Had the Santa Rosa sound beach to myself a great deal of the time. It’s just a lovely place. The only thing I will say is if you’re older or have small children the steps going into the house are very steep. That was the only thing that was a negative. Otherwise so great!

We can’t say enough good things about LEISURE AWAITS!! The house was so warm and welcoming! We felt right at home for the entire trip! It was decorated beautifully and had lots of amenities! The master bathroom looked like it belonged in a 5-Star spa! The double shower was amazing! The patio was gorgeous as well! With a nice fire pit and decorative lighting! And lastly, the kids enjoyed the game setup in the garage!! We also used some of the beach stuff like umbrella, sand castle toys, chairs, etc. That was very convenient having that on hand! Such a thoughtful setup! I’m saving this listing because we WILL be staying here again in the future if it’s available!! Thanks again for opening your home to my family! Great stay! This is our second time staying in this building. The view was great. Everything was exactly as listed. Easy walk to the beach. Pool was nice. Great perks staying at sandestin resort. The wagon with chairs, umbrellas was very nice and handy to have provided with the stay. It made it so easy to take things down to the beach. Would definitely stay again! There was also kids sand toys available so if you have kids they have toys provided for the beach with the chairs and umbrella.

my wife and i visit pensacola a couple of times per year and i really like how centrally located it is for what we like to do. we will definitely be staying here again!

We had a great time and were shocked at how many amenities were offered at this Airbnb including shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish and clothes detergent, hand soaps. They had a whole beach closet with chairs, an umbrella, toys, and wagon. The kitchen was updated and was so beautifully organized and well appointed. Our family had the best beach vacation!

This place was great! Close to the beach, but also far enough to have some peace and quiet. They also had beach stuff available for us like chairs, cooler, towels, buckets and shovels, etc. Overall, an amazing experience!

This was a great place to stay, within walking distance of the beach and places to eat. The host was very responsive and provided excellent instructions for our arrival, and was flexible when we decided to bring a few young family members for their first beach trip. Very clean and comfortable!

How to gain room access, entrance to pool & water were provided in a detailed email. Host was always responsive and usually within the hr (or less). Room was exceptionally clean, as were all kitchen dishes, cups, silverware, and they even supplied a sealed box containing kitchen use supplies (sponges, etc). Bathroom was spotless as well as shampoo, conditioner and wash provided. Amenities such as TV were easy to use, HVAC controls were simple and temperature was easy to manage. The views were wonderful, and the deck was set up nicely with chairs and table. Room and amenity expectations were met and exceeded. Thank you

we drove from Minnesota to stay at the ocean.what a great find ! close to the beach,has a pool and not busy.much less traffic than destin for sure....would definitely stay again !

This was our second time staying here , I loved it and the view was amazing. We were right in the middle of all the attractions and great restaurants ! We definitely be back again ! Only thing was the bed was kind of small for two people other than that love it !
