Beachfront holiday rental in Santa Rosa Island

This is a beautiful home! A really fabulous find on Airbnb! It’s obvious that Kevin and Jennifer have put a lot of thought and effort into making this a great experience and it was! From the incredible welcome guide, with everything we needed to know, bikes, and exercise equipment in the garage. It’s part of a lovely safe neighborhood right on the beach, with just a short two minute walk to the sand. Everything we needed was provided, with plenty of bathroom amenities and even cooking items. The coffee was delicious and the beds were comfortable! We all slept amazing, and enjoyed so many long walks on the beach and around town. It is a super local area, with amazing dining options. It is rare to find hosts as helpful and thoughtful as Jennifer and Kevin. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this home for your next stay! It far exceeded our previous experience in the same neighborhood in another home.

These are some of the best hosts we have ever had! From the moment we arrived with a tire issue, Steve was immediately friendly and helpful with multiple local repair shops to try and suit our needs. In the following days he had lots of local restaurants, dive locations and dog park recs. Their place has all the necessities you'd need on your vacation. The kitchen allowed us to cook breakfast, and prepare leftovers any day we needed. All other rooms were stocked, clean and well kept. The dogs loved to fetch n cool off in the Sound on their frequent swims. Lush foliage was a surprise as it contributed to wildlife, birds and shady temps! It is definitely the place to privately slow down, sit back an watch the sun rise on the dock as boats travel by slow and unbusily. Topping it all off was the spacious porch/yard with water hose. It spoiled us as we are usually unable to fully rinse and dry out all of our dive gear before returning home. Come and visit their oasis, you won't regret it!!

Location was perfect! Super short walk to the beach and some of the best places to eat nearby. This place was super clean and quiet! We can’t wait to return!

The place was in a perfect location for access to the beach and surroundings. Townhome was stocked with everything we needed. Enjoyed the golf cart and all the beach extras in the garage. No complaints, just great memories!

Chanel’s place was just absolutely perfect! We felt at home in the cozy space! Chanell was just amazing with her communication from the being of booking all the way to the end! She gave us suggestions on things to do as she found out about them herself! It was like having a friend who helped with our plans for things to do! The most amazing host I’ve ever had and would love to stay at Chanell’s property again when in the area! Thank you for such a lovely stay! My daughter, grandson and I had a wonderful time! The home was great! The huge TV was an added bonus for my grandson who loved watching Mickey Mouse Playhouse on a huge screen lol! Thank you so much Chanell 😊

Being that this is my first Airbnb I’d say this was a very good experience. The location was great in the space was so pretty. The view from the room was amazing. I mostly enjoyed being able to watch the sunset and sunrise from the balcony. The included amenities really put this place over the top for me!

We loved our time at manor by the bay we enjoyed the amenities and the outdoor areas the guest house was perfect for us with the water views and our boat safely on the dock!

We enjoyed our stay here. Walking distance to the beach and loved that it was dog friendly. The pond in the back was nice and my niece and nephew enjoyed feeding the ducks.

This house is breathtaking! The home looks even better in person. Everything was immaculate! My family will definitely book again.

We had a fantastic time in the condo, it was well-equipped, in a great location, with a beautiful view from the balcony. The 7th floor was plenty high and it was great to watch the sunset and the moon rise at the same time. The Pancakery was in walking distance for a delicious breakfast and The Back Porch was a lovely walk along the beach away for lunch and/or dinner. We are golfers and we found a couple of nice courses not too far away from the condo. We enjoyed taking long walks along the beach. I would recommend the condo to others and hope to be back.

We had a great time and were shocked at how many amenities were offered at this Airbnb including shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish and clothes detergent, hand soaps. They had a whole beach closet with chairs, an umbrella, toys, and wagon. The kitchen was updated and was so beautifully organized and well appointed. Our family had the best beach vacation!

Kayla’s condo is absolute immaculate with stunning views of the ocean. She is a tremendous host and will definitely stay here again the next time we come down. I would also recommend this place to anyone looking for a great beach vacation.

The host was super helpful and responsive throughout our whole stay in Destin! The unit was great to be local to lots of activities and direct access to the beach. Also really enjoyed not having to worry about a cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. since it was provided to us by the host in the unit! Will definitely book again!

Sidney was a great and helpful Host! She was available and responsive, and the condo was so cute and clean. It was also a great location for the accessing the beach. She also had a wagon for us to use so we could easily transport our things from the condo to the beach. The beach exact had showers on the way out, so it was easy to clean off before heading back to the condo, and there is a really nice pool as well. The beaches were so beautiful and we had the best time! The condo had some complimentary snacks which was so thoughtful after our long drive. It was the perfect size for me, my husband and our one year old and having the pack n play available was so helpful, Highly recommend Sidney as a host and her condo as a great place to stay on Fort Walton. Thanks Sidney!

Lots of amenities which made a quick stay easier not needing to purchase as many items. Clean, comfortable and well priced. Would stay again.

This house is beautiful and the location could not be better. We had little kids and it was easy to walk out the door, down the stairs and to the beach. The house was laid out perfectly with 2 bedrooms on 1 side and 2 on the other and to have 5 bathrooms was more than enough! We loved everything about it and will rent it next time.

We LOVE the Bungalow. Could not recommend it more to couples visiting 30A. We really enjoyed the outdoor space - morning, afternoon, and night. The inside was clean, comfortable, and had everything you need. Felicia is a great host!

Jill‘s place was perfectly located right on the beach. She has provided two lovely beach chairs, an umbrella, and some kids toys. This is a beautiful and clean apartment/condo. The bed was comfortable and the provided roll out mattress was exactly what we needed for our 7 year old. A bonus; it was located close to Stewby’s seafood shanty, which has great fresh food! We would stay here again!

We enjoyed our beach vacation. The unit has the most amazing view of the beach. Great food options very close or a decent sized kitchen to stay in and cook. We wouldn’t change a thing!

This place was amazing. The location is wow you are literally in the backyard of the beach. The place is super clean very equipped with anything that you need. We enjoy the games it rain for a few hours. Internet was fast. Everything was stocks in the kitchen. Definitely recommended to stay here, great restaurants nearby.

Perfect and Peaceful! We loved this condo. The location by the pier is great. Close to a few restaurants and right on the beach. Having a lovely balcony to look out into the gulf was amazing. The furniture was super comfy, especially the oversized couches! The beds and linens were all comfy and clean. Plenty of towels were provided, and the kitchen was well stocked as well. The pool was convenient and the beach location could not be beat! The house felt really cozy and we felt right at home and restful. I’d definitely stay again!

Our stay was wonderful. Getting to the beach was a breeze. The host had everything we needed to enjoy a day at the beach. I would for sure book again on my next visit to Navarre!

Our large family gets together every year at the beach. Everyone agreed this was our best trip yet - and we’ve had great ones in the past. The house had more than enough room for all of us, the kitchen had everything we needed, the pool and 2 beaches gave us lots of fun options. The kids rode bikes, relaxed n the hammocks, used the kayak and paddle board, and enjoyed the pool. It was wonderful to have an outdoor shower to keep tracking sand to a minimum. If 10 stars had been an option, we would rate it as 11!
