Holiday rentals with beach access in Santa Rosa Island

This is a great family place to go peaceful and fun not crazy with teenagers close to action if you want to find it

Everything was super clean, and the beds were so comfortable! The location is absolutely perfect if you intend on spending time at the flora-bama and it was a quick 15 minute drive to the wharf with no traffic. Absolutely will be staying here again!

We were nervous about staying on the first floor, but this is our new favorite spot! We were right next to the pool and grilling area and there was a large grassy area for our kids to play. Will absolutely be back!

We had a great time and were shocked at how many amenities were offered at this Airbnb including shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish and clothes detergent, hand soaps. They had a whole beach closet with chairs, an umbrella, toys, and wagon. The kitchen was updated and was so beautifully organized and well appointed. Our family had the best beach vacation!

The bunny hole was a great little place to stay, perfect for two people. The location was perfect in a very short walk to the beach. I highly suggest this spot if you’re looking for a getaway.

Beautiful condo for a couple or small family. Everything you need for a great vacation. The beach was an easy 5 minute walk from door to sand. The condo was clean and updated. The only suggestion would be a bigger bed but we made it work!

My husband, son, and myself stayed at Masiero's place for 5 days and it was wonderful. The pictures do not do this place justice. It is peaceful, clean, with open space, a beautiful view, comfortable furniture, and so much more! Masiero was quick to respond to any messages and questions we had as well. 11/10 would stay again!

. Mike and Shari are welcoming hosts and easy to communicate with. This is a great place! lt's clean, comfortable and peaceful. It's well stocked with everything you need. It's in walking distance of the beach and it has beautiful views of the Bay. This was our second time here and we definitely plan on coming back.

We have stayed here twice. We love the location, the house and accommodations. It’s very peaceful on the bay with a great pool. Kenny is a wonderful host and makes sure everything is to your satisfaction. We can’t wait to stay there again!

Book a last minute 2 night stay here and it was great! RJ was very responsive and quick to get us into the house, it’s was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here

There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the home that made me feel right at ease. The place itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a very relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect getaway spot. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything I needed was readily available. One of the biggest highlights was the pool—it was absolutely amazing. Clean, private, and perfect for lounging or taking a dip to unwind. Joey really went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Communication was quick and helpful, and he made sure I had everything I needed. I’ve stayed in quite a few Airbnbs, and this experience ranks at the top. Naomi’s place was the perfect home base for our trip to Pensacola! After long days of sightseeing and beach time, coming back to such a relaxing and comfortable home made all the difference. The beds were incredibly cozy—we all slept great every night. The home is well-maintained, peaceful, and had everything we needed. If you’re visiting the area and looking for a place with three bedrooms to accommodate your group comfortably, this is a must-stay! Highly recommend and would absolutely book again.

Easiest access to the beach my family has ever had. More than Enough room for all of us , with every amenity listed on the description. Kitchen stocked with everything making it easy to cook. Coffee a half a block down the street. Pier just a very short drive. Towels for beach and bathroom! Having all the things available for the beach made the trip a 1000 times easier. Definitely recommend 10/10. Super responsive hosts.

Beth was a fantastic host, and we had an amazing stay! Beth provided clear, detailed information that made our check-in and the entire stay smooth and stress-free. The location couldn’t be better—so many great restaurants and fun family activities are just minutes away. We visited Gator Beach to feed alligators, went to Uncle Buck’s for bowling, visited the Gulfarium, rode go-karts at The Track, and always spent the evening on the beach to watch the sunset. Beach access was super easy, and we loved being able to walk out and enjoy the sand and ocean anytime we wanted. The view from the condo was absolutely beautiful—waking up to that every morning was a treat. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking to relax and enjoy all that Destin has to offer!

Kayla’s condo is absolute immaculate with stunning views of the ocean. She is a tremendous host and will definitely stay here again the next time we come down. I would also recommend this place to anyone looking for a great beach vacation.

Gorgeous view. Clean kitchen and bathroom. Plenty of plates, utensils, towels, sheets and blankets. Ragip was super friendly and checked on us multiple times throughout our stay. 10/10 will absolutely stay again.

Great condo! Beautiful views and the location/convenience can’t be beat. We have come to Pelican Beach Resort for a few years & will continue to in the future.

Sharon’s place was perfect for my in-laws. So close to the beach and the pond and pool at the condo were such a great bonus!

Wonderful stay! Literally i’ve never stayed anywhere with such a great view of the ocean! The bed is extremely comfortable. I love that it had a full-size fridge and everything that you needed for a couples getaway! The small downside which is not a big deal cause you can just use a towel to wipe it up. Is water leaked down to the shower. I do wish that there was a tower fan or ceiling fan in the room, but not a dealbreaker because you could always bring a fan and the AC worked just fine, just wish we had a fan for airflow. Lastly, I wish there was access to a small vacuum or broom and dustpan so we could clean up the sand that we did get in the room. Other than that, the room was wonderful, host is beyond helpful and responsive, and The views were absolutely stunning! Will absolutely stay here again!

We loved staying here! The place is very clean and had everything we needed. She even had a crockpot and instant pot! Something to note when buying groceries cause I would have planned around that had I known! The view of the beach was amazing. There was even a hand pump for the floaties we got for the kids to use at the pool so that made it easy on us! Would definitely stay here again!
